I got these is all black yesterday bc i lost one shoe of my black reef years ago. I wear a size 9. I got the size 11 bc the width fits correctly. Yes the are too long. I don't like my lil toes hanging off side of my shoes. My foot is medium; I wear size 9 in most boots and shoes including flip flops. Shoes are being made with less material. I'm sure of it. I measured Reef flip flops ( men shoes) I've has for more than 20 years (size 8.5) to size 9 women purchased 12/14/19. New shoes less material. I measured women shoes purchased 2004 to shoes purchased 2016 less material in newer shoes. Of course prices have increased for less material. Try if for yourself. I need arch support so that is the only kind of shoes I buy. Reef is not only brand : Sperry, Fit Flops, Ugg, Clarke, Naturalizers (had to go up in size). This is extremely unfair to consumers.

I love REEF sandals, but as a couple other reviewers mentioned, this pair is more narrow than others I've purchased. Since I have a narrow foot I wasn't worried, however initially they didn't feel quite as comfortable as other pairs. I have now been wearing them daily and they feel fine. They've stretched out enough so that I am comfortable. That said, I am enjoying them. They are lightweight and not clunky in the least. I love sandal season!

I have been wearing this style for well over 10 years. I have loved this sandal and purchase a new pair almost every year. This year however, I received the sandal in the mail and the fit is extremely different. The sole is narrower and the straps fit more snug. I have narrow feet to begin with, but now I feel like my feet are squished in to the sandal. I have always worn a size 8 and have had no dramatic lifestyle changes where my feet have changed, so I know it is the sandal. I compared the new pair with my old pair and can see the visible difference. Disappointed and I have now moved to a competing brand.

I've had these sandals for over a month. They don't feel as comfortable as the previous ones I owned. The strap is uncomfortable and the platform is slippery. I also am not happy with the pointy curvature of the front of the sandal. If I hadn't taken off the tag, I would return them. I loved mt previous Reef sandal that I had for over 7 years; just a little disappointed on the overall quality.

I have worn them several times. They are very tight around the top of the foot and almost give me bruises. I also purchased the ginger of the same size. That one was half an inch shorter and I had to return it but it seemed much more comfortable.

Very narrow fitting. Because of this they are not as comfortable as I would have hoped. I still wear them but only at times I'm not doing a lot of walking. I love the look of the product and the fact they can get wet is a bonus.

I have worn these for years! Now they have changed! Too narrow and shaped differently! I'm so sad!

The color was darker than the picture and the shoes were too small. I ordered my usual size, but they did not fit at all.

Love the look of these, and the color. I have a pair of Reef's in the same color and wanted another pair. Unfortunately, these are too narrow and don't fit my feet. As far as the color, they are spot on. The look, too pointy and not as cushy as my other pair. :(

I'm sure these are great sandals, but they are very narrow which made them uncomfortable. I do not have wide feet at all, so these were a disappointment.

I have very small, narrow feet and I couldn't even get these on. I don't know what has changed at Reef but I'm disappointed to have to find somewhere else to get my flip flops. They used to be the very best. I had to send these back.

I love reef flip flops. These are not the color in the picture so I am returning them. They are DARK BROWN instead I guess the color tobacco means dark brown These pictured looked like a medium tanned

This is a very slim fit which does not work for me and maybe plenty of other customers. I hope you bring back Swing 2 again, that sandals was perfect for people with a wider foot. The swing 2 leather sandals was much more comfortable than this hard sole, one. Lost a, customer!

I have been wearing reefs for over 20 plus years. Every year I buy new leather flip flops because they wear out. The last two pair I bought were so uncomfortable. They are right don't stretch out and are painful to wear. Not sure why they changed the fit so drastically. After 20 plus years I might have to try rainbows.

Weren't exactly what I thought. Probably won't order again.
