It was hard to pick the right size when you are between sizes. I went for half size bigger size and is bigger than expected. I went for it anyway. The size before was too small. The bed cushion of the sandal is harder than expected. I can use it for a few hours but not a walking shoe.

Slides off your foot!
Great sandal, but the foot bed is a very smooth surface and because there are no toe grips and they're not flip flops, the sandal can slide off your foot on occasion. Overall, I'm still very happy with the purchase. They don't slide off all the time, but when I'm walking up stairs I really need to pay attention. Arch support isn't quite as much as I thought it would be, but there is still a little support. MUCH BETTER than the Target or Old Navy sandals that have no cushion. These have great cushion on my heel and ball of my foot. Good purchase.

Bought a pair because they felt very comfortable compared to other sandals. I thought it was worth the price since it goes well with multiple summer occasions or outfits. Only short coming is that is that my feet feels slippery at times wearing the shoe. Makes it harder to walk in at times. I would definitely purchase a new version if it had a better inner grip with the same comfort.

Cute style, so comfortable but the top strap is way too big for my foot. I tried on a friend's size 7 which was too short so I ordered a size 8 for foot length. The top strap had too much room and gaped when I was standing with sandals on. Sad they didn't work because I love the footbed and look. Unfortunately, I had to return item.

Not as wide as others have reviewed. I have a wide toe-box and can rarely fit shoes with a strap across the toes, but based on other's reviews about the straps being too big and wide, I though they would work. They did not. The length seemed true to size though.

Originally, I bought these sandals because they were advertised as having arch support. When trying them on, I was very underwhelmed with the amount of arch support. It's there, but barely noticeable. The other problem I have is that when sandals get larger in size (I ordered a size 10) they get wider and looser, so they don't stay on my feet well. This was the case for these sandals. Ultimately, I returned them.

The shoes have great arch support, unfortunately for me the straps did not support a higher arch. The sandals were too tight around my foot and I felt like Cinderella's step sisters, despite the rest of the shoe fitting perfectly. It'd be better if the straps had a bit more stretch to them, or were slightly adjustable. However, my Mom loves the sandals, and is putting them to good use around the house.

I like the way these look but they are definitely not as comfortable as I expected. I have three pairs of Cushion Bounce flip flops that I love. The footbed on these feels like plastic.

These are really cute on. Strap fits well and arch is in the right place. I returned them because my feet kept making a “farting” noise while walking. Now I know what someone previous meant by that. They are not as squishy as I thought they were. Cute but going back.

I LOVED these shoes when I tried them on in store. They are very comfortable (when standing) and fit the shape of my foot perfectly, however, when I walk, my feel slip back way too much. I'm not sure if it's the location of the arch strap, but I have to curl my toes to keep them on my feet which isn't so comfortable. I'm so sad, the style is exactly what I'm looking for!

The comfort level would be okay, but I have a bunion and these definitely don't work with a bunion. They hurt and are too narrow. Not that cute in person, I felt kind of frumpy in them. They may be good if you don't have a wide foot.

These sandals are have a super comfortable foot bed BUT the straps are very loose and my foot slides out of the sandal regularly. Initial fit is great however once you wear them for a day the straps no longer support to hold your foot in the sandal.

The look and feel of this sandal is exactly what I was looking for, except for the tight leather straps. I have rather "fat"/wide feet and most sandals are tight around the strap area so I was prepared for this possibility. All-in-all I love the cushion under foot & the entire feel of the sandal but would not recommend it for those of us with wider feet that don't like a snug feel.

I would not get these again. The soles are different than the ones Reef sells on the same shoe. I actually got two pairs in different colors and one of the pairs had really tight straps that I had to return. The other did not. The pair I kept now has something poking through the heel of one of the sandals. Very disappointed as I've already worn them a handful and cannot return. I love Zappos, but this shoe was a fail. I'd only order Reefs through their website as it feels like these have issues.
