I would say these shoes aren't for high impact, or running long distances- that's my preference tho to have a little more support. But these fit me perfect and are great for walking/doing everyday things :)

Very comfortable but kinda narrow. The foam is great but should de bigger and cover all the shoe cuz u can feel the end of the toes touching on the end of the foam after a while starts to get a little painful
