I do have wider feet but normally do not have a problem with tennis shoes. It was a struggle to get these on, but once they were on I felt they were ok. I did some weightlifting and low impact cardio in them and the bottoms of my feet were extremely uncomfortable. I actually took them off and completed my workout in socks. Not impressed.

Nice and soft fit.....not happy that it is all fabric for winter......no detail on the entire front of the sneaker and that makes it appear that your foot is very, very long. Comfortable and good fit for 8 1/2.
