i bought to my foot, my foot is wide, so the shoe is long but i old and I move good in these and look hot- it will mean a lot if they wear well over time

My experience was horrible. The heel started coming off after only about 2 months of use. I've been forced to super glue it back on. The loops for laces to go through were also too small and I've had to replace the laces 3 times already. Please send me a new pair or you have lost a longtime buyer. Also you have no customer service email so I am very disappointed

We have been purchasing Adidas products for more than 40 years. Our son has worn you clothing and sneakers for 18 years. He is now 18. The past 6+ years he word the Derek Rose high top basketball shoes. These were discontinued and not replaced with a similar shoe until we saw the shoe that we purchased about a month ago. Our son wore the shoes for a day and found the soles uncomfortable. Not like the D Rose and Stan Smith and other Adidas he has worn over the years. We contacted customer service and were told that we could receive an Adidas credit. This is not how establishments that have long standing customers usually treat their customer. Usually upon receipt of the merchandise a credit would be made to the original method of payment. Truly, this is the kind of customer service a customer does not forget. It is much better for all when the story is about how well an establishment treated a loyal customer.

The soles were coming out due to lack of glue and parts of sole were scratched.
