Had these boots for 6 months at work they are comfortable i loved them until the top eyes came off when i went and pulled the laces and the bottoms of the boots were falling off. Got a full refund

I like the look and style. I own 2 other types of pro boots. This one on width is way to tight. Will definitely be returning

The first three pair of these boots were excellent. Soft leather, no break in. Continuously, pair by pair, the stiffer they got and considerable break in period. This last pair I bought a month ago, and finally put on two days ago, were stiff. I wore for three hours, constantly adjusting the laces because they were hurting my lower shins. Finally got so sore, not only from rubbing, but the muscles surrounding my shins are still sore, three days later after not wearing them again. Very disappointed. I used to brag this product up, not so much anymore.

Eyelets have completely fallen off. I bought these boots brand new off of Timberland.com 6 months ago. Once both boots had missing eyelets I decided to file a warranty claim. Remembering that Timberland Pro markets a 1 year warranty service from manufacturing defects. Filed my claim which has been DENIED due to age of boot. According to timberland my boots are too old. Even tho I bought them 6 months ago off their website. They were manufactured 6 years ago So if I'm buying off the website shouldn't I be getting boots that are working the 1 year? As consumers we have no control over date of manufacturing. I should be safe of purchase. Quite the shady way to handle things. I have since requested a 2nd evaluation off my warranty, and if it's denied I will do my best to tell all my coworkers and our customers to avoid Timberland Pro cause they refuse to stand behind their product as advertised. These boots aren't cheap and I would hope they understand that.

2 minutes out of the box and the upper speed eyelets are falling off. No exaggeration! Total failure of the riveting process. It's like they weren't riveted at all. The boot looks and feels great but they can't do any good if you can't lace them up. Timberland had this same issue with regular helix 2 years ago with the lower eyelets falling out. I really love the comfort of this boot but it does no good if I doesn't stay together.

So bought for my husband cause hes out in the weather at work. After one week the ccx seems were coming apart where it meets the sole. So I returned and had them ship another pair. Now I'm working on returning these for a refund. This time same thing but also at the toe of boot.

I wore these boots for years for work I recently purchased a pair of helix and rub the side of my feet I wore them thanking they would loosen up after broken in I did not I called the comfort warranty and got the runaround I will not purchase Timberlands ever again
