The Velcro peeled off the strap again, on our second pair. So frustrating!

Velcro detaches from strap after minimal use. We have always had great luck with saucony shoes for our active son, but this pair seemed to be lower quality.

The Velcro separates from the strap. It’s our second pair to have this problem after a month or two. They need to fix the design.

Bought two pairs of these shoes - each lasted only about 6 weeks before developing holes on the side. The Velcro strap also pulled apart from its’ backing. Great support, just does not last. And very expensive for a shoe that will only be useable for 2 months at most.

The fit and size were great. My child liked the shoes. The velcro strap stitching came apart rendering the velcro strap useless less than 2 months after use.

Spent $50 and these shoes are already tearing on the side after less than a month of wear. Also, Zappos sent me the incorrect size and style when I ordered, so had a delay in receiving them. Did not hear back from customer service after reaching out on two occasions via email. Overall, disappointed in Zappos, love the shoes as the support is excellent, just don’t last for as much as they cost.

After a month of wear, the front part of shoe started tearing away from the mesh part. Not good. We’ve ordered this brand for years. I’m discouraged as I’ve had to return several pairs of girls Saucony shoes recently for my daughter due to what appears to be improper stitching on the Velcro closure. Now my son’s shoe lasts a month. What’s going on, Saucony? I ordered my daughter a pair of Under Armour shoes and they were well made, stylish, fit great, and lasted more than a month. It might be time to switch my son to that brand, too!

We loved these shoes, unfortunately they did not last long. The Velcro strap separated and now flops around . May need to cut it off, but it makes the otherwise awesome shoes look old really fast.

While the shoes are cute and my kid loved them, here we are 2 months later and the Velcro straps have completely come apart. This is the second pair this has happened to and we won’t be going back to this brand. It’s unfortunate because the designs and fit were great but I can’t be replacing them every couple of months, it’s just not feasible.

This is the second pair of these shoes that the velcro has failed on. This pair only lasted a couple of weeks. Zappos was great about sending a replacement, but I'm afraid we're going to have the same problem again.
