I had to return. I am 43 years old and have flat arches. I have orthotics that need to be inserted in all of my shoes. I am having a hard time finding stylish shoes for business casual work and thought these may be okay. After trying them, I think they are comfortable and could work but they aren't a good look for me. I will continue on with my search for orthotic-friendly shoes that don't make me look dowdy and stompy. If the look and style is good for you, the shoe is comfortable.

I'm used to having a little more room in the toes, since I've been wearing Dansko Mary Jane clog-style heels of the exact same size. I had hoped the Roxanne's would feel just as comfortable, but my feet hurt all day and I got blisters on two toes. They looked great, but I'm sad I can't return them or wear them.

Very painful shoe I really wanted this pair of shoes to work. I ordered a sized up, a size down...nothing worked. I purchased them thinking they would be comfortable based on my previous experience with this brand. I quickly returned them. They hurt badly in the back. Look at the model. That curving back diga in the ankle. Too bad, they are so pretty I wish they fit well.

I love Dansko but the Roxanne is too narrow in the toes. I walk a lot at work. I had to return these.

I am a perfect size 9 and this size is suppose to fit sizes 8.5-9. At first they felt OK. After only a few wearings they stretched out so much, so in fact, that I now have to have multiple pads in the toe area to keep from slipping down towards the front of the shoes. In addition, the leather looks AWFUL after just a few weeks. They look trashed because the leather is not smooth.
