Walked right out them. Will be returning.

I was disappointed that the shoe felt like it ran a little short in length, and that the toe box seemed shallow (my large toe not only was touching the end, but pressed against the top of the shoe. I knew they would not be comfortable for this reason and returned them.

I've worn Dansko Professionals for over 20 years and love them. I wanted to like the XP 2.0, but all four pairs of shoes SQUEAK. This same thing happened with a pair of Dansko Maryjane's that had the same sole. I kept those for several years, they were comfortable, but they never stopped SQUEAKING. Can't go there again. Please improve the soles.

I felt this shoe was way too wide in the heel and not wide enough in the toe box. The arch is placed so that it hits my foot in an uncomfortable way. I purchased a 9.5 wide as I have before with good results in Kloggs.

The leather uppers are just too stiff and after multiple twelve hour shifts, I decided these are not for me. Despite fitting in the suggested size, the uppers still rub on my pinky toes. The inserts in the XP 2.0 really don't do much for me as far as padding the bottoms of my feet. I can't imagine trying to replace the insert because that would just make the fit tighter. I tried to make it work but I've worked on my feet for 17 years and these may be the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever tried so hard to make work. To summarize - the bottoms of my feet would hurt, my pinky toes would hurt. The only thing that didn't hurt was my back.

Ever since I discovered Dansko's, I've almost exclusively buy this brand. I've also gone through 2 original professional clogs. However, these XPs are not comfortable becuase of one area. It's so stiff in the area where covers to top of one's foot. I was hoping they'd soften up by wearing them and it's been a month and still so stiff. Because I'e worn them outside, I cannot return. The good side is that they fit me better in the width, bcz my feet are on the normal to narrow side, so compared to professionals, these run a bit narrower.

The arch of these shoes did not hit my foot in the right spot. The heavy insert made my foot feel like it was coming up out of the shoe and not really in the shoe. The shoes made me feel like I was going to twist my ankle. I love my other Dansko's but not a fan of this new XP 2.0 at all.

After wearing these for many long shifts, I’m really not impressed. They offer more support than very cheap service shoes, but don’t seem worth the price. The hand stapled (or sewn?) stitching alone the sole is really sloppy and the black coating is already wearing on some of the stitching. The black patent is good quality and holds up against scuffs. Overall I’m really displeased that I spent so much money on shoes that seem worth half the price.

I replaced a worn out pair of tooled leather Dansko Professionals with these XP 2.0 shoes. The short story is that I hate the new style. They feel squishy and clumsy and my feet overheat.

The band that hits the top of the foot really rubbed and put a lot of my pressure on my foot. After a 12 hour shift my feet were killing me! Would have large red marks on top of foot and skin around big toe would be white and numb like. Unfortunately, this will be my last trial of Dansko for a work shoe! Also, rolled my ankle several times wearing these.

I ordered 2 pairs of Dansko XP 2.0 clogs in different colors. The Pink Patent fit perfectly just like they always do. The Honey Distressed seems larger, sort of falls off of my foot, when I pick up my foot! They are both sz 36 regular.

Beautiful clogs, but the paper in the shoebox was covered with black shoe polish that rubbed off on me as soon as I tried the clogs on. Not worth the effort to keep them. Also, a bit big on me.

The right shoe was a Wide. It was visibly and palpably wider than the left shoe. Someone else had apparently had the same issue (their return slip was still in the box). I tried to reorder but the second pair was exactly the same. I’ve worn Dansko clogs for >20 yrs, and never had this issue before.

I ordered this shoe twice: BOTH times, the left shoe is normal and the right shoe is very clearly a WIDE (it’s visibly wider and fits so loosely I’d walk out it). I’ve worn Danskos nearly every day for over 20 yrs, I know how they should fit, I own at least a dozen pairs. Very disappointed, as I really liked this color/pattern.

School teacher here, in my feet all day. Have back foot and knee issues and have still been experiencing knee and ITB pain after surgery a year ago. Wore these for one day and what a difference! Lowest pain I’ve had in a long time! I will be investing in more of the XP’s. Would love more boots with the same technology or a little more style for nights out.

Horrible experience with customer service representative. I will be calling tomorrow to speak with a manager. Representative not helpful, argued with me about the color I was ordering, encouraged me to return and not exchange. I will be returning and ordering my shoes from a different vendor. I will also be sharing my experience with others.

My foot is borderline medium to narrow. I wear a proper size 11.5. I usually buy only Stuart Weitzman or Via Spiga to get that size. Otherwise I do ALOT of trial and error. I purchased 4 pairs of Dansko in size 42. I learned this because another person had written a review saying that all of her shoes fit differently. Well literally Every Single pair of mine fit differently. I absolutely could not actually get my foot in this one. I also purchased another pair of these exact professional patent. They were about half size larger. I could get my foot inside of them but were a tad small.

The problem with these XP 2.0 is there was a slighly different cut and sizing between the left and right shoe. The right one came in a bit where the instep would be whereas the left was more straight like the original professional. The tighter fit was on my SMALLER foot They also seems to come out of two differnt factories or production lines. Normally my left foot is the larger one both in length and width yet it had a roomier fit than the right. I had the impression that the sole is softer than the profession, though comparing this to the ones I bought years ago and I think it will not wear as long. The slip resistant tread seems less defined as the more indented groves of the original. Even the stamping on the bottom where the size and patent number was different looking in the type face. Was I sold "seconds"? For the money and previous quality of the predecessors, 4 pairs in all, not impressed and sending it back

Terrible. Change in Dansko quality over the last few yers - with no decrease in price. I am a loyal Dansko clog girl for over 20 years - I decided to try the XP2.0 - leather wrinkled/bent walking in house to try on and within minutes hurt the side of my foot. I was very disappointed - but had read this problem from other reviews . They looked cute. Really wanted them to work out. also - narrow, I got the wide as advised by reviews and felt like regular width to me.

Dansko apparently has changed their shoe sizing/design. If you like a shoe where your heal slips out with every step, then this is the shoe for you. I was disappointed and will return them. The last closed toe Dansko shoes I purchased was about 10 years ago and it’s time to replace them. Yet not with another pair of Dansko as I want a shoe that my heel doesn’t slip out of it.

I hate these shoes. They rub my ankle the wrong way and slip when I walk. I much prefer the dansko professional clog. There is also no arch support for me.

Something bizarre in the fit of the heel. Ordered two styles of Dansko clogs. This one definitely being returned.
