I buy Dankso size 38 clogs and boots all the time with no issue, they are the most comfortable shoe brand I know. These boots hurt very badly the second I put them on - way too narrow in toe box. I didn't think sizing up would help as it was too roomy in the ankle area. Very disappointed as I love the style and ruby brown color. Dansko please make this in a wide version

Dansko has done it again! The boot fits like a glove, no break in period whatsoever, no hot spots. The toe box is generous, heel height is perfect. I can't wear flats. I need a little heel, but not too much. This is just right. Great arch support. The leather is soft and supple. The boot looks stylish and feels great!

Love at first wear! I'm a busy hair stylist, spend 8+ hours on my feet. Comfort is paramount and Dansko does not disappoint. I can wear these all day and still run errands after work. Get compliments every Time I wear them too. Look good with trousers, leggings or dresses and tights.

I haven't worn my Dansko Clogs for awhile so I didn't know what to expect. I love them. As soon as I put them on it felt like gloves. Soft, smooth interior. Maybe a little slip in the heel, but so buttery I got no blister. Look great with bootcut or slim leg jeans. Perfect height. The only wedge I will wear. Got my usual 40.

I tried several pairs of booties before landing on these. I typically wear a 7.5 in wide width. (I have wide, flat feet.) I was looking for a unicorn, a pair of shoes to wear around Japan in December that met the following criteria: semi waterproof; comfortable for walking/standing all day; stylish; and easy to quickly put on/take off since I would need to do a lot of that in Japan. I ordered these in a 38, black, and out of all the shoes I tried, these checked every box. These are the MOST COMFORTABLE shoes I have ever owned, even surpassing my Sorel Joan of the Arctic's and Asics! I have worn them to work every day since I got them in September (it's October 13 now). They look great with skinny pants, boot cut pants, tights, and dresses. I wear Peds extreme low liners with them if my ankles will be showing but there is plenty of room for thicker socks if I need to wear them in colder weather. The leather is soft and I highly recommend using a good leather conditioner as soon as they come out of the box and then at regular intervals after that to prevent drying and cracking. Pros: soft, beautiful leather; rubber outsole for a comfortable, quiet step (my old, wooden sole Dansko clogs sounded like horse hooves); well-cushioned, leather insole; easy to break in and molds to your foot shape quickly; easy to take off and put on; SO CUTE with almost every outfit.

I purchased this shoe because I thought the fit would be similar to Dansko Liliana. Sadly for problem feet that wasn’t the case. I have bunions and Leyla was too tight and too stiff through the toe box. ( Liliana is like wearing a slipper...). If you dont have bunions this should would be lovely- moderate arch support, stable and simple style.

I really like these shoes. They fit true to size and are super comfortable. As expected from Dansko, the leather and the worksmanship are of high quality. I typically wear a size 10 and the size 41 (my usual size in Dankso's) fit comfortable with a little extra room for thick socks. The footbed feels cushioned and is comfortable for standing. They're also good for walking and I like that they don't make much noise (no "clicky" sound or clomping). To me, the totally flat sole is not the most stylish, but I'll take it for all the other great benefits of wearing this shoe. Recommended!

Contemplated purchasing these shoes because of the price... So happy I decided to purchase the Dansko Leyla. True to size, I have narrow feet... Wide with ladies may have an issue. These shoes make my size 11 feet look smaller.

Finally some cute winter, short length booties that are both professional or casual and without all the fluff! So easy to put on, not too high, very comfortable especially for people with feet problems like myself (flat feet, plantar fasciitis, etc.), sleek, seamless, pefection and just adorable!! The only thing is they seem to run on the larger size, so I had to return my regular size and buy a half size down but then it fit perfectly! And what woman doesn't want to fit into a smaller size?! As usual, Dansko is SUPERIOR on everthing that counts when it comes to a woman's shoe and protecting our feet! Keep 'em coming, DANKSO!!

Beautiful bootie- just not right for my plantar fasciitis. Sad to return.

Their sizing for size 12 is always small. They need a true 12. Would order their shoes.

This was my first time buying Dansko. I usually wear a 9 or 9.5 and went with the 9.5, which fit perfectly. i liked the fit and style and they seemed like they would be comfortable. Unfortunately, while the right boot was silent, the left boot made really loud creaking noises when I walked. I tried walking around the office and had to take them off after about 30 seconds because the noise annoyed me so much. Since only one boot had this problem, I'm guessing it was a defect. It's possible that after breaking them in, the noise would have quieted down, but I didn't have the tolerance to ride it out. I plan to try other Dansko styles and hope to have better luck.

I usually wear size 40 in Dansko, and these fit perfectly. I love everything about them- very comfortable and stylish looking. I got the wine color which is darkened towards the toe...I wasn't sure about that at first but have come to like it. I'd highly recommend these boots!

Great shoes! The wedge heel is subtle but stylish. I like the zipper on the outside - though it is a little tricky at first to put on since I’m so used to the zipper being on the inside. There’s subtle stitching along the sole that’s a nice detail. Comfortable and stylish and comes with Scotchguard already applied!

The leather is beautiful and the styling is unique. I have worn them twice to work and got compliments each time. My toes are a little squished, but since I'm a size 11, I think I'm more tolerant of that big feet reality. I am a huge fan of Danskos and these do not disappoint.

I liked the shoe a lot, but the "wine" is more brown and not as red ad i had wanted. I'll return it and maybe get the black instead (i already have a few pairs of brown boots)

The shoe is very cute on and feels comfortable but at the end of the day my feet really hurt. They run narrow I think. I will keep them to wear at night to events. Leather is very soft and flexible.

Stylish, classic, versatile and comfortable shoe. My only criticism is the arch support could high been a bit better, but overall *****

These were super comfortable right out of the box. I have thick ankles and have been trying on booties for awhile now, trying to find ones tha twork. These work great and are not stiff/uncomfortable when I walk at all.

I wear flats and stopped wearing heels a few years ago. I really liked these, however, and had heard that Dansko was comfy. They are. I wore these all over New ORLEANS’ uneven cobblestone streets for two days and two nights and I was comfortable. Highly recommend.

I’m always cautious to buy boots especially with my ankle issues but these boots are amazing. They’re comfy, easy to walk in and super cute. I wore them last night for 8 hours, standing nonstop, walking around in NYC and didn’t hurt. I am in love with these shoes. I got them in the wine color, they’re purplish/brown and gorgeous. The only thing I will say is I wouldn’t wear these shoes with thick socks. They’re very much true to size so if you want to wear thick socks with this you’ll probably have to size up.

Love these shoes and the style - I first ordered the 39 and they were too tight at the toe area. So I went up to a 40 and they are prefect. Stylish little shoe and great comfort for all day standing !

I'm not a big Dansko clogs fan because of the slippage when you walk, but these boots were too stylish to pass up. I ordered my usual shoe size and ended up adding an insole, which just gives more cushion and took up the little bit of extra space. Wore them the day I received them and walked for about an hour - no problems with rubbing or breaking in. Highly recommend these boots!

These are the cutest booties and I wanted so badly to love them. Although the foot part felt great, the top edges were stiff, and I could tell they would rub my ankles if I wore them for very long. My ankles are on the larger side, so this may not bother others. Returning with great sadness.
