These boots look fabulous, but I was so surprised that they didn't have the Dansko footbed with arch support. Unfortunately, this is a must for me, as I'm prone to IT band issues. So bizarre. They would be perfect with the normal footbed. I would suggest adding this to the description-- I guess I'll be sending them back.

These are very cute boots - but be aware that they do NOT have removable insoles, as the description says. The insoles are leather and are fully glued in. So if you're trying to accommodate an orthotic, these don't work unless you somehow rip out the glued-in insole. I'm trying to order a size or two larger to see if I can use a smaller orthotic (not my custom ones) but I'm doubtful. Too bad because I like these boots!! Also be aware that there are staples that are quite visible along the line of the sole. I don't mind the look but some people might. If you're planning on wearing a warmer winter sock in these, you might want to size up!

I only wear Danskos due to ankle and foot problems. The Henleys hit the ground running. Yes, they feel a bit narrow in the toe box fresh from the factory, but after a few hours of wear they were perfect. The heal is stable and a great height. I bought the chocolate color which is a rich, dark brown that I can wear with black, navy, jeans, whatever. Danskos are spendy but with their lasting power, comfort and classic styling, they're worth it.

I think this collection from Dansko runs a little narrow. This Henley boot feels snug, as did the Hollie bootie. Both are really nice - stacked heel thats not too high and fantastic Dansko support. I wish they weren't calf leather - I know its supple and supposedly makes for a nice shoe but its still guilt inducing.

These boots are true to the Dansko name! Comfortable the minute I put them on my feet. I am on feet all day either walking or standing and they felt amazing.

These are the cutest and get lots of compliments, they are so worth the money! Will get lots of years out of these. Such high quality and feel great on the feet.

These booties are beautiful! I really, really liked the style. The heels are 2 1/4" and the leather is nice and smooth. Unfortunately, I'll have to send them back. As someone already mentioned in the comments, these boots don't have the same clog footbed as "the older styles" (such as Dansko Maria). I really need the extra arch support and the comfort of the clog footbed, since I am on my feet all day. I had the impression that most of my weight tends to go to the ball of my feet instead of being evenly distributed and the footbed doesn't feel as cushiony as other models. Really sorry to see them go back...

Love Dansko boots in general and wanted to love these but these are stiff and the top rubs the front of my leg. Too bad because they’re beautiful!! I recommend the Dansko Harlene boots as the comfortable version for the same look and heal!! Thank you Zappos for easy returns!!

Really liked the dark brown - super comfy, and that stacked heel that doesn’t leave you feeling like you’ve been in heels all day. Followed up with buying another pair in black. Same size, but they felt sloppy and were killer on the balls of my feet. To top it off, the stacked wood look on the heels is a sticker, and started to peel off after just a couple of wears. Unfortunately at that point I had worn them outside, so unable to return.

I've owned many pairs of Dansko clogs for work and was so happy to find these cute every day boots. Just like the clogs they have a nice roomy fit (I hate a tight shoe) Super comfortable and cute.

I really love these booties. I bought the dark brown pair and they are really dark. The heel is great because I’m short. The fit is great but not a lot of arch support.

Have had several pair of Dansko short boots. As usual, these boots fit great. I am usually on the shorter end of a US size 6 - so the EU 36 is perfect. But, I do have bunions, so I need something that doesn't pinch on the outside. These are wonderful. There is plenty room for some wool or cotton sox.

I have plantar fasciitis due to a running injury. I was wearing dansko clogs for a long time and it was helping hit these boots are even more comfortable. It’s the perfect heel height to relive stress on my foot. And the boots looks great with everything - pants, jeans, leggings and dresses.

I have high arches so I need decent support in every shoe. These boots have great support and are very comfortable - wearing them all day would be no problem. I like the style; I can wear them with jeans, dress pants or a dress. Great shoes!

I put this boot on and wore it all day and it is incredibly comfortable with room in the toes, but still very stylish. I have this boot in another color and I love both of them!

Wearing more and more Dansko due to their comfort. Always nice to also have the style and these boots do. Love with leggings and jeans. I have a narrow foot so I wear thicker socks. Ordered my regular size and even with thicker socks they fit perfectly. I tightened the buckle for even more support.

I wore these boots for the first time today and I’m in love. They are extremely comfortable and I’m thinking about getting additional colors.

Amazing fit and feel

The back of the leather has a tendency to rub the back of my Achilles. Needs softening

Cute booties and assume it would be very comfortable...if I go up to the next size. I usually have a problem with the European sizing because I tend to fall on the cusp. The 38 are too short and narrow but I have a good feeling the 39 will be just right!!! And the leather is sooooooo soft, will be a good transition bootie into the spring.
