I love the fabric. Not too heavy not too thin. I dont like how low the waist is. I cant wear pants this low cut. I had tried the high waist Carson and they are extremely high waisted. If there was something in between these they would be perfect.

True to size.

I haven't bought jeans in literally 10 plus years... crazy I know, but what I had worked and until recently had held up. Finding jeans now has been harder than I anticipated. I simply wanted a comfortable, durable, and timeless style that fit my athletic but curvy 42 y/o frame that wasn't a resurgence of a 'mom jean', button fly, or some horrible mix of other trends that make me feel awkward. I've purchased a handful of Carve products in the past (tops and bathing suits), and have always loved the quality, fit and feel of their items. Once I saw the reviews on these jeans I took the plunge. So glad I did! These jeans are of a soft, stretchy material without feeling like 'jeggings' which I definitely didn't want. They give where they should and are among the most comfortable jeans I've ever put on. If you're looking for a 'true' solid denim material that stands up on its own like the old '80s Levi's, these won't match that, but again I can't express how comfortable they are, and according to my husband, are flattering in the places they should be ;) They have a straight leg, perfect inseam for my 5'4" self, larger back pockets, are mid rise- which is great for actually moving around or picking up things without having to tug upon standing. The only complaint I could make is that I wish the hem were finished instead of frayed because I wear them with the cuff down and like a more polished look. As others have said, they run large and the stretch is very forgiving, so consider sizing down. I typically wear a 4 and the 2 is perfect. In short, thank you Carve for making my jean search less painful, and my new everyday pant so comfortable. I now own 3 pairs...and you can't go wrong with any of the colors!

The fit wasn't for me. The rise was too short and hit at an awkward way.

I love these jeans. Im in my 60s and they are very appropriate. The fit and size is right on. I am a size 8 and thats what I ordered. Perfect.

This is my second pair of these jeans and I love the fit! They are a true boyfriend fit so they are slightly baggy. I am in-between sizes (6-8) so I went with size 8 and fits nicely with a belt.

Super comfy & cute but run extremely big! I normally wear a size 10, sometimes an 8. I ordered a size 6 in Carson Jean: Beach Blue and they fit perfectly - maybe even a little loose.

So comfortable and cute!!! I now own 3 washes of these jeans and LOVE each one! Now, I would like the same Jean with a regular hemmed edge to the legs vs the raw edge. PLEEEEEEASE?!?!?

I love these jeans! They fit like a glove, Iam a size 12 and I was amazed how well they fit me. The jeans are stylish in colors or fades. I bought two pairs and very happy.

These are 100% my new favorite jeans! Soft, cozy, comfy!

I really like the Favorite Fade color. The beach clue will be perfect for spring and summer. These jeans are flattering for my waist and backside. The width of the leg is just right. Not too wide. These are my Goldilocks jean. Just right.

I found that the favorite denim color was smaller than the beach blue (both size 4). The fit of the beach blue is perfect for me. Beautiful soft organic denim too.

The color (favorite fade) is perfection. Material is comfortable and stretches with my movement. Incredibly cute!

this is the third pair of Carson jeans I have purchased (working on a collection of all colors!). Just remember to size DOWN. I wear a 4 but in Carson jeans I wear a 0.

Love them. Most comfortable jeans I put on in a long time. Do not squeeze or leave marks on my thighs.

I love the fit and the comfort. I do wish I wouldve gotten the longer. I am 53 the jeans hit right at my ankle. I would e liked an inch or 2 longer so my legs dont stop at the top of my shoe.

Great color for winter and fit not too loose but not tight. I order a size 0.

I really wanted to like these jeans, but ended up being disappointed by the material and level of stretch. I was anticipating a more durable, less stretchy jean. I have another pair of Carve pants that I love and have worn through the knees. With the reviews and comments these pants had, I was hoping for a similar experience! Ultimately, I ended up returning because they werent what I was looking for. As far as size goes, they are a loose fit. I ordered down, as recommended, and they were still loose. If the material were less stretchy and more durable, I would have kept them and Im sure would have loved them.

These are like great-looking pjs disguised as jeans and I'm in love. I followed the advice to size down and they fit perfectly. My husband has complimented them as well. The nostalgic feel goes a long way :-)
