Size starts a bit snug before breaking them in, but they loosen up quickly while still giving a hugging fit. These are my favorite casual shoes and this is the third pair I have bought. The waterproofing is a real value-add in a shoe this light. Pack-ability for travel is ideal. Highly recommend these On clouds for someone looking for comfort, performance and style.

This was a surprising great shoe for me. I never really tried On, but enjoyed the whole package. The color is awesome in person and enjoyed the fit.

These were originally ordered in a size 10, which is my default size with other On shoes, including the waterproof models. My feet are medium width, yet the toe box felt cramped. A five mile walk on asphalt, in the rain and my feet were dry. No slipping, or feeling cramped. No sounds of squeaky soles, or the rustling of the waterproof membrane.

Great shoe! I wore them for hours right after they arrived and they felt amazing. Great support, truly waterproof. The shoe feels ‘firm’, but does not restrict your foot in any way. Looks great too!

Nice fit, a bit snug to get into due to the different construction to accommodate the elastic laces. I'm not a fan of elastic laces so I used the regular laces that came with the shoes. Got these for walking the dog in wet grass and for that they work just fine. I use my own orthotic inserts, as usual, and that works well. Haven't really run in them (yet) but I think that would work fine too.

Love the way theses shoes wear! Only thing is I have a wide foot so it rubs at the outside part of the widest point of the shoe. Would be really happy with ON if they would make wide versions.

Best shoe for walking in NYC. light, can run in it, high quality materials, stylish. My favorite all-around shoe.

I normally wear a 9 1/2 (had to send back the 9 /12 for a 10, this is why Zappos is great the took care of it!). I work in the pool business so my feet get wet and these shoes are the best. I little pricey but well worth the comfort and keeping my shock dry.

Great product, but gonna return. The Green version looks a lot different than web images portray them. ON is an excellent company that stands behind their products. Between wife and myself we’ve purchased 6 pair total in last two years since discovering them. ON warranty and support along with Zappos made an easy exchange for me on a relatively new low use age pair that one of the cloud pockets had started to tear away. Sent me a new pair before I even boxed up the old ones. Zappos and ON make a great team. CloudX is my favorite because the heal never comes in contact with back of the wearers heal. The Cloud 2.0 I have to make sure I’ve got a good pair of no show socks that come up just a little in the back because of the raised too heal section. If socks are too low you’ll be wearing a band aid for some time while that blister heals.

The shoes work great for me but they are pretty narrow shoes in general. They look great and are extremely comfortable! Love them!

They look great and fit well I have a wide foot so a little tight but still comfortable. water proof feature held true

I had a pair of On Cloud shoes that I bought a year or two ago. Very light, with great cushioning, but they squeaked on wet pavement, which is surprising for a waterproof shoe. But these are nearly as comfortable, and so far, they don't squeak.

Very comfortable and stylish looking. Slip on is nice and quick for a running shoe look.

These are pretty amazing. My wife just ran a marathon in these, so I had to give them a dry. Perfect for walking around the city on a rainy day, kept my feet totally dry. Work well with orthotics. They are a bit warm, but that's the trade off for the waterproofing. There is a slight squish noise when walking, but honestly I either don't notice it around the city or it doesn't really bother me.

These were comfortable the moment I put them on. There was no break-in required.

Love the shoes as far as true to size I had to go a half size bigger so instead of 7 I needed a 7 and a half. Customer service was amazing receive my new larger size shoes in one day customer service far exceeded expectations love my 7.5 size fit like a glove Zappos rocks

Felt great, comfortable and light. I have not tried them in the rain yet.

After reading reviews, I bought a half size up from the non-waterproof clouds. I usually wear an 8.5 in the non-waterproof, and I bought a 9 in the waterproof and the fit was just right. They feel a little rigid, which is understandable with the waterproof material, but they are comfortable nonetheless.

This is the second pair ordered. Love them for walking or on casual days at the office.

Stylish sneaker but can't comment on waterproofing yet. Once I laced the elastic through several more loops I can actually use the no-tie lacing and wish all my sneakers were slip on!! Downside: Should have been able to fit into a 10.5 as they're long enough but unable to seat my heel all the way back so had to size up to an 11. These are on the large size but since I'm not wearing them for running (good for my commute when it's raining or can't be bothered to tie shoes) am OK with them not fitting perfectly.

I first saw and tried these on at DSW but the 13 was too small. I ordered a 14 on Zappos and they fit like a glove. They are SUPER light and waterproof!! Almost like wearing nothing. I did use the laces that came with them instead of the quick option because of the lack of support they provide.
