very very very very disappointed to received this order! The VIP shipping was on time, but when I opened the box I was shocked, the shoes were WORN!! I couldn't understand why before shipped out the staff didn't check??? Thank you for the refund, but I don't trust your online shopping anymore.

I'm 71 years old, w/bad knees. I can't run but walking is a pleasure wearing these shoes. My wife and I just spent two weeks in Switzerland and I've seen these on many people , so I decided to try On Cloud and have not been disappointed.

Second pair of On sneakers, while the upper is not quite as comfortable of the cloud Swift. The sole and outsole offer more support. Very nice styling and good color combinations. I am getting ready to order a second pair within 6 weeks of getting the first.

Much more support than the last blue oc shoes I bought. They might run a bit small. I got 12.5 this time because the last ones I got 12 and they were tight.

First time trying the Cloudace (but have 4 other styles of On shoes). These do feel a bit smaller than others and have a very firm/inflexible sole (feels very rigid when running) and after a couple of 3+ mile runs this hasn't improved. Not sure I'll be able to continue running in these (so am trying to break them in a little more just wearing casually.

I have been Brooks fan for years and decided to try something new. Read numerous reviews, got impressed. The Ace do look really nice. Running them is too comfortable and soft. They definitely give you special feeling and they really start to show themselves after the third mile. But my knees started to cry out loud after the second week of running 20 miles a week in Aces. Probably "cloud" softness is not for me. Zappos gives you 60 days trial for Brooks, no such offer for Onclouds so I have to keep them for gym visits and come back to Brooks or try Onclouds with neutral support.

These are great. I normally wear a 10 1/2 M and had to exchange them for an 11.

I was expecting more from $200 sneakers. Starting ripping after a couple of months. I never even run in them. Junk.

I appreciate running in these shoes and enjoy the experience. The shoes are cushioned but not sloppy, provide some control but dont feel constraining. The forefoot width seems moderate, definitely not narrow, but not what I have experienced as WIDE in other brands. The only performance downside I have experienced is lack of positive traction when running on wet finished sidewalk ramp bumps. The shoe seems insecure and slips there but has great traction and engagement on most other surfaces. I haven’t settled on the price and value product characteristics. It appears expensive on the surface for typical running shoe lifecycle. The performance is aligned with high end shoes, no gap there. My view is the shoe needs to last longer than other high end shoes to justify the price and to support the company’s sustainability objectives . I typically wear size 11 and sized up to 11 1/2, same sizing as with other On Running products.

Trying out On shoes for the first time. Curious about the technology and fit and feel. Ordered several pair to try on and compare. All very different. Was impressed with the quality and technology. Do need to wear Rx prescribed orthotics as there is little arch support in the shoes. This pair, Cloudance, had the best fit and feel, so it was the keeper of that group comparison.

High tech shoe that is comfortable, provides support for your athletic journey and looks stylish. I ordered a second pair in black as I was so impressed.

These are the best shoes I have ever owned. They are easy on the knees and the lift on the front helps take some of the pressure off the forefoot. The only reason I returned them was because the doctor added more padding to my custom orthotic and I was desperate to get back into On Cloudace after having to switch to other shoes and suffering the consequences. I tried ordering a men’s size as they are a little wider and deeper but not enough. I appreciate Zappos customer service and patience in assisting me with my search but I am breaking down and going to have to try custom shoes.

Buy a half size larger than you would for other brands. I normally wear 10.5 in Nike. 11 is perfect for me in these. Much better lateral stability than standard Clouds. Also prefer the slightly lower sole profile.

I had to return a pair of Cloudventures because they were too firm and not nearly as cushy as my older model Cloudventures were right out of the box. So I opted to try the Cloudace because the ON website stated these were max cushion. They were right. These feel great right out of the box. I like the more normal color way of tge granite. These were soft and cushiony and stylish, so exactly what I was looking for. The cushion in the softer ON shoes are great for standing long periods of time at concerts too.
