I have a collection of Sorel slippers/house shoes and keep them at both of our homes in WI and NM. They are as sturdy and reliable as my entire collection of Sorel boots and sandals and I love them.

I ordered 3 different slippers. Returned 2 of them and kept the Nakiska. The Nakiska does have a little higher lip around the heel than my previous Sorel's. When I first tried them on, the lip on the heel was not real comfortable, but as the warm comfy lining padded down in the toe area, the heel settled in and they are just perfect. The style is very becoming and I wear them all day. The sole bends with the foot and they do not make any noise on the floor.

It is comfortable and quality made.

Love these slippers! So comfortable. I have plantar fasciitis and these slippers help tremendously. Definitely order a size up. They do stretch out a little after wearing a few times.

I bought an "off brand" of this slipper and I don't know why. This Sorel is hands down the best. I never want to put on my shoes. Just sit by the fire with my slippers and my quilt!

Slipper does run small, so order full size up as it doesn't come in 1/2 sizes.

The size and fit was same as my shoe size. This is my third pair of these slippers. My last pair was a little more snug at beginning but quickly molded to my feet. I love the support and comfort on my wood floors.

Cozy and warm! Felt tight when first received and ordered a half size up, but they have squished down nicely and fit well upon regular wear.

After reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant to purchase this slipper. However, I was pleasantly surprised by these slippers. I am usually a 9 1/2 or a 10 in shoes - so I ordered an 11 after the reviews. The size 11 fit perfectly. There is a lip but it did not phase me and they fit perfectly after sizing up. Loved them - they are comfortable and warm without being sweaty. I previously owned UGGs and loved them - however, they wore out in a matter of a month. The fur in the Sorel is not the highest quality but somehow it works. I've been through a lot of slippers and these really work for me.

I’ve had a few pairs of these slippers and the quality/design has definitely declined in recent years. Arch support isn’t as good as it used to be and the quality of the lining has declined. The lining is so thin, I could feel the seams of the shoe through the lining. The quality of materials with all sorel shoes seems to have declined lately. Bummer

I wanted to replace my Sorel Nakisha slippers, as they were getting worn out. I looked for the same slipper, but Nakisha Slide II has apparently replaced the original. The design is very similar, but the slippers feel half to a full size smaller than the original ones. The original slipper was perfect, but the new design just felt a little too tight. I was afraid if I went up a size they would be too big. I looked up my Zappos order history and see that I purchased the original pair 11 years ago! So they wore very well and lasted a long time. Unfortunately Sorel changed the fit (and slightly changed the style) so the new ones didn't work. Even though I didn't like the new style quite as well, I would have kept them if the fit were better. I would definitely recommend these as great slippers, and obviously they are long wearing, if you can get the right fit. I wear a size 11 and have a low instep. These fit more like a 10 or 10 1/2.

These are not what they used to be. Sorel has cut corners on this one, sorry to say. I used to order these every year and knew what to expect. The pair I got felt very different. The sole felt harder (less padding?) and I do not feel the arch support like I do in my old ones. So disappointed since this was always my go-to slipper. Now, I will have to start a search all over again.

I'm typically a 6.5/7.0 and I purchased these in a 7.0 and that fit was fine. I returned them because the material seemed a tad stiff for my liking.

I usually wear a size 9 but had to order one size up. It did not come in half sizes. The lip on the back is useless. It should go away. It keeps getting stepped on as I walk. If it's a slide it should be just that.

These are hard and not cushy. There is also a ridge on the back that makes slipping your foot in awkward and also feels uncomfortable. Two stars is because they are well made and look good. But don't get them.

I have always relied on Sorel for slippers due to my heel issues and I also suffer from a high arch. I normally wear a 6.5, so I purchased a 7 as usually do for Sorels. These were extremely tight and my foot would not fit securely into the entire shoe, though I liked the comfort of the insole. I thought that if I wore them with some thick socks for a few days, they would stretch out. Nope, they didn’t budge! So off to the local charity shop they go!
