I had these boots for a bit when the back pull-on loop broke on a fluke. It was faster than expected for the quality I am used to in Sorel, so I contacted Zappos who helped me resolve this very quickly. Great customer service.
I have also had nothing but great experiences with Sorel. I do believe it was an atypical issue as the boots have otherwise performed super well, are cozy, cute and comfortable. Will continue to be a loyal Zappos buyer and Sorel buyer. :)

I purchased these during cyber Monday and I absolutely love them! I have only worn them a handful of times since then because Ohio didn't really get snow until just now, but they keep my feet warm, are stylish, and comfortable. I read reviews about them not holding up, so I hope that isn't the case with mine later on. But as of right now, I recommend them!

Hard to find fit! These work excellent for me. I have a size 10 & a half, narrow to average foot, long toes and a SUPINATION (foot rolls to the outer bone). These Sorel's in size 11 fit snug in all the right places without being to long or tight in the toes. The mid foot and sole is spongy where the foot starts wobbling no matter the fit, but they are not hard either, the rubber sole is firm but not rock hard and gives rebound and supportive FLEX. Good grip. The boot ADDS somewhat of a roll inward at the heels to correct my supination, but I wouldn't say it causes a pronation if you have a neutral step. I hope they make the boot again for 2012 because thus is my new fav. They don't look bulky either. Excellent moderate winter temperatures and rain boot.

I bought these boots a little over a month ago and they've become my new favorites. Great in the pnw (it's been a little rainy lately) and they've kept my feet so warm in the snow! I normally wear a 7.5 in tennis shoes but I ordered an 8 so I could wear fluffy socks in these.... But honestly, I don't even need fluffy socks because these are amazingly warm on their own. Great for rain and snow, not so much icy areas as they don't have a ton of traction on the bottom.

I purchased these as a gift for myself... I wanted something that was serviceable as well as attractive. These have exceeded my expectations! They are super cute with my winter uniform: jeans and sweaters. They are very warm. They keep my feet dry as well. I wish they had a little more arch support, but still Five stars!

I love these boots. We take evening walks with our dogs and our winters can be brutal in Wisconsin. These keep my toes warm, yet I can move easily in them. Perfect!

I love the look of these boots but more importantly, they are made well. The soles are heavy duty and it's all waterproof. They are comfortable from the first minute you put them on so that was excellent. Sometimes the round laces won't stay tightly tied unless you knot them twice. I'm hooked o n sorel and these are my first pair.

I bought 2 pairs of these late last fall, one for me, one for my sister. We both love them! They're cute, easy to put on, warm and waterproof. I use them every day when I walk or play with my dog. I may end up buying myself a replacement pair for next winter. Thanks for making such perfect boots.

I bought these to keep my feet warm in the cold NE winters. These boots let me wear thinner socks and still keep my feet toasty. They are true to size also. Love them

I bought these boots right before I went to Montana to visit my daughter. I am so glad I did. They kept my feet warm and looked great with everything I wore. I did order a half size up as recommended and they fit perfectly with my wool and alpaca socks.

I am giving 5 starts because I have always been a huge fan of Sorel. Great quality, durability, and function. These boots were super cute, and not too bulky, which I like.
However, sizing was tricky for me with these boots. I tried 1/2 size up, which helped a bit, but I think these boots are a little too narrow for my feet. I was afraid if I sized up again, the boots would be too big. (Again I wanted something that wasn't too bulky).
Will always recommend Sorel boots, but wanted to share my experience and encourage others to try sizing up, especially if you have slightly wide feet.

I absolutely love these boot! Really glad I chose the fun red color. They are a perfect fit and keep my feet toasty warm and dry. The only negative is since they're snug, really thick socks can be uncomfortable.

I bought these boots wanting something stylish but functional.
They nailed it!! Kansas City(Go Chiefs!) weather can be nasty.
These boots will keep your toes toasty and dry while not looking
like your Gramma's Mucks;)

These are the perfect all-purpose boot! They work great for cold, snowy Iowa winters, and also look good with any outfit. They're lightweight and easy to walk in. I feel these fit true to size, and can wear them with a regular sock or a thicker sock easily. Would highly recommend!

Usually boots take a few wears to be broken in and feel comfortable. These boots were soft and comfy from day one and kept my feet warm and dry. I bought them specifically for a trip to Denver where I knew I would see some snow (November). I think if you're going to be somewhere where there is a lot of snow you might need higher boots. These also are kind of wide on top, which I didn't mind but if you're looking for more coverage these might not be the right ones. I bought these because I wanted something comfortable knowing I would be on my feet all day during my trip, as well as keep my feet warm and these boots did just that. I highly recommend them.
