Runs small, right toe box

These were so small I didn’t bother trying both boots on. Too bad because I ordered up a size.

Boots arrived quickly and I loved the look of them. I normally wear a 9 1/2 to 10 and because of reviews stating they run small, I ordered a 10 1/2. But my toes hit the front of the boot; they were still too small. Sadly, I have to return them and hope they have the next size up.

I ordered a half-size larger in these boots (based on reviews) but the fit was too roomy for me. However, my real annoyance is that they arrived looking as if someone had just worn them and stuffed them into a box. I did not get a discount on these shoes--paid full price--and I would prefer that Zappos take a bit more care with the appearance and delivery of merchandise. I have decided not to order them again.

I think these boots are super cute and feel very comfortable. I cannot wait to wear them however, the issue I have is that Zappos sent me a used pair of boots. These were clearly worn at least once. The bottoms were “wiped” clean but the dirt is clearly visible in the lower crevice.The inside of the boots have white fuzzies obviously from the socks. For the money this is not acceptable. I was planning on wearing them for a weekend trip so I won’t have enough time to return for an actual unworn pair of boots.

I wear a women's 11.5 to a 12, depending upon the shoe. I was very disappointed that these were simply too short - my toes hit the front of the boot. They're super cute, and felt great except for that toe problem.... I don't really know how to honestly answer the "overall" and "comfort" since they didn't fit my foot (which isn't the shoe's fault)...

I was amazed by how light-weight the boots feel. They are easy to wear and keep my feet warm while walking my dog in wintry conditions. I typically wear a 7.5 and the 8 fit fine in length. I thought the boot was wider than I expected. I wear a thicker sock and that helps. I kept these boots but would have preferred arch support.

This is a very cute boot with nice soft materials. I hated to return it, but like others have said, there is not enough volume in the toe box--my toes felt squished. I have low-volume, skinny feet so this is not usually an issue for me. The toe box is wide enough, but too flat on top. I wore it on the treadmill several times to see if it loosened up, and it never did.

I really wanted to love these boots! I am a 9 in most shoes and ordered a 9.5 thinking I should size up based on the other reviews. They were WAAAAY too big! like gaping at the ankle and enough foot movement that I'd probably slip in any rain or snow. Now I'm writing this review I see that most of the suggestions to size up are from reviews posted 2 years ago. I'm guessing that SOREL has since updated this style to fit true to size. So I ordered a 9 to replace them. They were very comfortable but narrower than I expected. They did fit but were very tight on my larger foot - not rubbing against any side of the shoe which was a great thing for my wide feet, but a tightness that was annoying and put my foot to sleep. After several days of wearing them around the house, I've determined they really don't give that much. So unfortunately I'll have to return them and keep searching for a warm boot. If you don't have wide feet, I'd order true to size. They were sooo cute! Bummer.

After reading reviews, I knew I was going to size up. I normally wear a ten so I went up to an 11. Even with thin socks these still felt narrow and tight. The style is really cute but the sizing seems was off. Back they had to go.

I went up 1/2 size as recommended however still too small. Would exchange for size up but out of stock now. If you purchase GO UP 1 WHOLE SIZE.

I ordered up a half size and it was still too small??. I am returning and trying a larger size.

same with another sorel shoe I bought, the shoe does run a half size small and the width seems to run bigger. have never needed to wear narrow shoes but I had to tighten the lace so much that the fabric bunches and kind of ruins the look of the boot. probably returning for this last reason.

Definitely size up considerably. I generally wear a 7/7.5 in daily shoes and 8 in running/trail shoes. I order an 8. They are way to small with a pair of wool socks(not overly thick). They will be going back.

I found these to be uncomfortable. Arch support is lacking and they ran small. I wore them for a few hours the other day and by the second hour my feet were hurting pretty bad. I will need to buy a memory foam insert or something if I plan on wearing them for longer periods. They dont feel like a "sneaker boot". They were comfortable for the first 45m but still did not mold to my foot well. I cant return them because I thought they were going to be ok. They didnt make my feet start hurting until I had them on a while.

I received two different sizes in this style; both were too small. I like the style, but frustrating.

This shoe was 1 and 1/2 sizes too small. I ordered an 11 and 12 was so small that I couldn't even wear them with bare feet! They were also tight in the width and I don't have a wide foot. The arch support was moderate although I would have preferred a little more. If they were made in a 12 1/2 I would have purchased them. They were made of good materials and were very stylish. If you have a narrow foot i suggest that you order at least 1 full size up. If you want to wear medium weight socks maybe more.

These boots are ridiculous when it comes to sizing. I wear a 7 normally (37 in birks and 6 in the sorrel caribou) and I can barely fit in a 8.5 in this boot. With a regular weight smartwool sock, I’m jammed in. These boots have no structure to them and do not feel warm. They do wear like a tennis shoe and are very light. I’m returning them and not getting a 9 as I just don’t think they carry enough weight and warmth to be a good winter “boot” in Colorado/Wyoming.

These were like stepping into slippers - beyond comfortable and honestly I probably would've kept them and worn them all the time had they looked better. They looked really wide and awkward with jeans - like they were high top slippers.
