I have worn many styles of Sorels. This little Joanie, is the most fun! I work in a sports store ( Boyne Country Sports) and wear them during long 8 hour days. I sometimes track up to 4000 steps. Warm, comfy, fit my arch and love them with my rolled up jeans and fun socks. So many compliments all day long! I also wear them to and from the ski slopes at Boyne Mt. Michigan. Need an all around boot for warmth, comfort and style? JOANIE EXPLORER!

I love these boots!! I live in South Dakota- it's cold, snowy, icy & slushy here. My Explorer boots keep me warm and dry. They're actually "cushy" inside. I get so many compliments on the look of them. I will wear these gems for a long time!

I love these boots. I am a lover of all things sorel. I now have five pairs of boots. I love that these are snow boots but don't feel like it, they aren't clunky and are so cute, they could be worn with jeans or leggings and match. I did have to go up a whole size, but that's okay. I live in North Dakota and these are my staple boot all winter long! If you're questioning buying these, don't wait any longer, buy them!!

I'm a solid 9.5 but ordered a 10 based on reviews. They're an amazing looking boot, and even make my feet appear smaller, which is unusual for a Winter boot. I have a pair of L.L.Bean boots which I never wear because they're so incredibly clunky and heavy, but not an issue here. These are super lightweight and feel like a comfy sneaker. I ordered the Camel and Gray, but I'm seriously considering getting another color as well. They're that good. This is my first pair of Sorels, but definitely not my last.

I am a true size 8 in all shoes except my running shoes; I wear a 9 in those. I originally ordered a 9 in the Explorer Joan in all black. They were way too small. I returned them and ordered the quarry/black in a 9 and they fit fine. They’re nice and warm and really comfortable.

These boots are perfect. Bought them for a trip up to Tahoe and as soon as I put them on it felt as if I had been wearing them for years. They are so comfortable and easy to put on and they also keep my feet warm and super cozy (in a thick or thin sock). Couldn't be happier to have made this purchase -- thank you, Sorel!

I just want to start off by saying I never write reviews, but I just ordered my second pair of these boots and I am IN LOVE. They are so warm, water resistant, and perfect for WI winter. I will say these boots do run small. I usually am a size 7-7.5, and I had to return and get a size 8.

I get compliments from both MEN and WOMEN every single time I wear these. They are kind of a unisex style that is visually attractive to everyone. They scream "rugged" but I also feel stylish and on-trend. I wear a size 3 in Sorel Kids shoes so I ordered a 5 in adult and it's a perfect fit with normal/thin socks. (thick winter socks made it too tight).
They are ultra-warm. Warmer than I expected. I wore them on a flight once not realizing what would happen and my feet ROASTED. But...that is also to say I wore them at an outdoor event in freezing temperatures and I was the only one in the group not complaining about my toes being cold!!!
I can't recommend these enough. I would buy them again over and over.

Definitely need to size up. I’m usually an 8 or 8.5 and these were too tight with a medium weight (Darn Tough) sock. Exchanging for a 9 because I like them a lot.

Super cute boots! I love the grey tongue and how it splits the monotony of the same color. Can be worn with leggings, jeans or whatever you prefer! I haven't had a chance to wear them in rain or snow yet, but definitely keep my feet warm. I am a true 7 and after reading reviews decided to get a 7 1/2, so glad I did, they fit perfect! They also honor military, you can receive free shipping!

I ordered these a half size up from my usual size (8.5 instead of 8.0) - and i'm glad i did! They fit perfectly with cushioned socks, from the first minute i put them on. And despite that they are warm and rugged, these booties are remarkably lightweight. They feel like sneakers i could (and will!) wear all day and while walking for miles, not like boots that are so heavy/clunky that i can't wait to pull them off the minute i get inside (which is how i usually feel about foul-weather footwear. I could not be happier with this purchase. i've had other Sorels in the past, but this pair is my favorite by far! I'm donating my other 2 waterproof booties to Goodwill because I plainly will be choosing to wear this pair every single time.

These boots are fabulous. They're super comfy and very durable. I have four pair of sorels; all different styles. My first pair of snow boots was purchased in 1986 and remain a steady, comfy and durable pair of boots, 34 years later! I was on a snow carving team in Frankenmuth, Michigan and my feet were always toasty. Now I have ventured into the more stylish versions of their boot line and love them all! Highly recommend any Sorel style. You will have them forever as your fav shoes!

Ordered these in quarry in an 8. My toes touched the tip of the shoe. They are also super narrow. You can only wear thin socks... I exchanged these for an 8.5. Hoping they fit much better! Otherwise, great shoe. Warm & cozy!

I bought these boots before a Jan NYC trip knowing it would be cold and rainy on my trip. I could not have been happier with my purchase. Wore them everyday and my feet stayed so warm and felt like I was wearing tennis shoes! Would recommend these in a heartbeat. Love that they are waterproof too. I sized up a 1/2 size not knowing how thick of socks I would need and glad that I did.They fit great even with normal socks.

I wanted a shorter snow boot that was comfortable and not bulky. I love these. I followed the advice of other reviews that said to order a half size up and they fit perfect! I normally wear a size 9 even in Sorel but ordered a 9 1/2.
