Lots of people are saying order a size up. It seems to be pretty hit or miss because I'm with the ones that say it's definitely true to size. i can see how it might be a half size too small. But I really can't say that since I haven't tried a 9.5. I wear a 9 in most everything.. Sperry, Superga, Merrell, Nike, NB, Chaco, Clarks.. etc. It's extremely rare that I wear anything else, but if I do it's by a half size in either direction and that's generally with flip-flops or tall boots. Hopefully I'm some help here idk haha BUT I ordered a size 10 and am definitely sending it back due to being too big. I really like the style though! I like that there a little different from the usual duck boots most people get. I only gave 4 stars for Comfort because I just wasn't able to wear them other than the 10 ft walk in my home. But it didn't seem fair to give any less than 4 because they are comfortable for that much ha.

I love these shoes! I ordered a half size up from my normal size based on other reviews and they fit perfectly. They did not need any break in time.

Loved them - get fit, look great , great for walking my lab in wet muddy fields. I’m a Sorel , and Merrill brand girl so I knew I would love. Never disappointed in those brands.

Love them. I wear an 8.5 but always get a 9 in Sorel boots. However these ran a full size short. 9.5 fit perfect. All Sorel boots run wide. Red is a beautiful rich color.

Very stylish winter ankle boot. I have always been happy with Sorel products. This ankle boot is easy to slip on when a more rugged or warm full winter boot is not necessary. Easy and comfortable.

The boot fits well; wide enough and tall enough in the toe box to accommodate Morton's neuroma, narrow enough in the heel to stay snug on my foot. I took out the (removable) insoles and put in a basic arch support insole, and so far plantar faciatis has not returned. They are easy to get on and of. The style is cute and the two tones minimize the size of my #10 feet, whereas other boots of a monotone nature come off looking like work boots, not the look I am after. Does not eat my sox! One issue is the tops of the boots slightly rub my ankles, but not enough to cause blisters or bruising. Have worn them all day two days in a row, that's 10 hours per day, with no foot pain or chaffing. They seem completely waterproof as advertised. The third day, the sun was out again, so no need for rain-wear! All in all a very good boot that I would buy again, and again, and again.

I was skeptical to order up a half size like the other reviews suggested because I’m usually between a 8.5 and 9 anyway. Luckily the style I wanted was out of both those sizes so I decided to try the 9.5 anyway, and it fit perfectly. I am moving to Alaska soon and look forward to using these as an everyday boot.

Really like these boots, I expect I will wear them a lot, especially in rainy weather for walks with my dogs and going to the barn to visit with my horse.

LOVE THESE BOOTS! These are the most co for table little booties I’ve ever worn. There’s no breaking in time. Their soft warm and comfy. Thesefit true to size and are perfect to add a nice thick winter sock. I have three pair now, their that comfortable! Worth every penny spent

Hello, I wear size 8 1/2 in almost every shoeand boot and have wide feet (though I almost never purchase shoes specifically for wide feet). I purchased size 8 1/2 boots and they fit me perfectly. I have worn them several times on long walks and found them very comfortable. They also kept my feet dry even after walking through some deep puddles. I found dthemto be so comfortable that I am now purchasing apair for my daughter.

This is a great little boot. I put in a pair of shearling insoles to make them really warm and cozy. Ordered the camo green. They're fun and sassy. I've worn them every day since I received them. Will probably order another color.

I usually wear a 6 or 6 1/2. I went up a half size based on other reviews and bought a 7. The 7 fits perfectly with a pair of athletic socks. They are easy to get on and off and super cute!

I bought these for sloppy dog park walks and they do the job, and look good doing it. Not super cushy, but definitely more comfortable than any rain boots I've had. I switched out insert for my own to get a little more support. I have extremely low instep, so a slightly roomy on top but that just leaves more room for wool socks that I expect to need in colder weather as they're not super insulated. But perfect for a 3 mile mucky walk in moderate temperatures. Seems like they'll last a long time too. I thought they ran true to size. Happy with my purchase.

These fit true to size, they are super cute and lightweight! I got 4 compliments the first time I wore them last night.

Love these! I purchased the black leather/metallic shell and they are fabulous. You can't tell in the photo very well, but the black leather has some sparkle to it. They are definitely a statement boot. I have a very wide foot and these work really well for me. If you have a narrow foot, you probably will not like the fit. As everyone else has stated, these run quite small. In the past I have worn a 9.5-10 and purchased a 10 in Sorel boots. However, post-baby my feet are a little larger (get excited for that ladies) and I wear more of a size 10 these days in regular shoes. Because of the reviews, I went up half a size to a 10.5 and needed to exchange for an 11. Regardless, they are a great shoe. Just be prepared to try on a size or two.
