These are the most comfortable shoes on earth. I've been using Hoka running shoes since I had a problem with my toe, and just kept using them because they're so comfortable. These look better than running shoes and just as comfortable. I bought my elderly mom a pair and she hasn't taken them off. I haven't tried running or long-distance walking in them, but I imagine they'd be fine. Planning on wearing these on airplanes - easy off and on. If you are between sizes, I would size down. I usually wear either a 9.5 or a 10, and in these I wore a 9.5 and there is plenty of room.

This is my 3rd pair of Hokas. I bought this pair for 12 hr shifts at the hospital. I felt I needed to write this review because I was so confused by other conflicting reviews, on whether to order my usual size 9 running shoe or order half a size down. I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered an 8 1/2. I probably should have ordered the 9 but this one should work anyway. I have a moderately wide foot and usually a size 9 medium running shoe in Brooks or Hoka are perfect. Several reviews mentioned these ran big or were loose; others stated the shoe is tight and hard to pull on. I found that the shoe was tight at first to pull on--that is what the tab on the top of the shoe is for, and it wasn't a big deal for me. My big toe is a thumbs width from the end of the shoe, so just enough room. If I were running in these, they would go back. Since they are for work, I will keep them. I would not recommend sizing down--order what you normally order in running shoes. Also the sole is not as thick as my running Hokas and these don't have the same "walking on marshmallows" feel as my first two pairs, but they are still exceptionally comfortable. They are very light (much lighter than the heavier soled kind), the fabric of the entire shoe is stretchy and comfy, so my wide foot has plenty of room but still feels supported. I've only worn it around the house for about an hour, haven't test driven it for a full shift at work yet, but I am hopeful it's going to perform as Hokas usually do.

GREAT SHOE! I'm another Hoka loyalist but had never tried a slip-on and wanted a shoe that I could wear sockless to the gym for a partial barre class where I could slip them off and on easily. These fit the bill beautifully and they look great. I wore them to class today for the first time and at least 3 people asked where I got them! I'm a true size 7 and ordered them in a size 7 but upon reading reviews also ordered a 6.5, and to my surprise am keeping the 6.5 pair, so do recommend ordering a 1/2 size down even if you typically do not (I NEVER order a size down!). They're comfortably snug but i suspect will stretch with wear, and the 7 would have been borderline too big.

Gotta say, love these shoes! They are wicked comfortable and add a nice trendy look to any outfit!

Bought them for my wife she wears 8.5 in ASCIS but the Hoka 8.5 to big had to swap to a 8,the arch is moderate at best but they look great, light weight easy to put on all said and done she likes them probably stick with ASCIS for serious activity better support

I was nervous ordering a shoe that I couldn’t try on, but no where near me carries this style and I specifically wanted the slip on variety. But they are a perfect fit and super comfy. The stretchy slip on material was a little too tight at first, but as I’ve worn them it’s loosened up to the perfect spot. They could be cuter and have more colors, but I’m all for comfort over style if they’re comfy enough.

Just wore these for the first time today, and they are very comfortable right out of the box. They come up high on your foot, and the heel comes up high, too, which I think will get rid of any possible heel rubbing issues. These feel as stable as lace-up shoes. The sole is nice and cushy, but not too cushy. These are winners!
