FIT/COMFORT: I am a Hoka loyalist - I buy 2-3 per year because I wear them all day everyday and these are my new favorites of all time. They have classic magical Hoka cushioning in all the right places that seems to never break down with daily wear, they are supportive around the heel and ankle but not restrictive around the ankle opening and there is zero compression on the top of my feet or around my toes. I mean NONE, which is amazing and perfect for anyone who has a bunion. I am on my feet for 8-9 hours at a time and they are perfect because when my feet swell they don’t start to feel uncomfortable and constricted on top, which always happens with lace ups causing me to have to I loosen them for my drive home after work. The black is SO on trend and super chic too! I found these because I was intent on getting the APL Techloom Bliss in black/black/white which is in high demand right now and sold out in my size everywhere I looked except the APL website and I didn’t want to have to pay for return shipping if they didn’t fit right. I knew the APL’s wouldn’t be as comfortable as any of my Hokas but I wanted the minimalist street chic look that can transition into any workout. Imagine how THRILLED I was to find these on Zappos at almost half the price! I knew I’d hit the jackpot when I saw the 5 star reviews but I was curious to see for myself if it was true. It is. They are worth all 5 stars and I just ordered the pink/mauve color and the gray ones because I am positive they will sell out once the word gets around. SIZE: They do feel like they run a half size large compared to other Hoka’s and a full size large compared to other brands. I typically wear a 6.5 in open toe sandals but prefer a 7 in point toe shoes and athletic shoes. I always wear a 6.5 in Hokas but I am exchanging these for a 6. They may not actually run large for Hoka’s but they feel like they do. The reason is because of the shape of the heel cup. It has a slightly forward slope in the very back (if you look at a side photo). This feels and fits nicely but because there are no laces to secure your foot in the footbed (constriction) the foot slides forward if there is excess room in the toe. Many people wear a half size larger in athletic shoes to prevent toe box discomfort but it’s not necessary with these because of the toe freedom allowed at all points around the expandable mesh upper construction. So, while I usually wear a half size smaller in Hoka’s compared to other athletic shoes (6.5 versus a 7 because they are typically wider at the base and toe box) I need a full size smaller in these Hoka’s so there isn’t sliding room at the toe. STYLE: One more amazing style note, they have a slimmer profile than any Hoka’s I’ve owned without sacrificing comfort. So, instead of a “pear” or “8” shaped downward linear profile they are straight and relatively narrow, which looks great. Again, no sacrifice on comfort whatsoever. Two things I would change: 1) Eliminate the goofy looking zigzag on the upper band on the grey and pink versions which is not visible on the black version. 2) Eliminate the white rectangular toe reinforcing tab or change it to blend seamlessly with the color of the upper rather than match the color of the white base. I prefer the (only very very slightly) more chic and minimalist look of the APL Techloom Bliss which does not have these two visual design “distractions” but I can get over it for half the price and twice the comfort! Hoka: PLEASE continue to refine and release these in more seasonal and on trend fashion colors! I will buy every single one!

Fit was good, and I love the idea of a slip-on shoe for walking around. I bought these in late February and have been using them for daily walks around my town since the COVID crisis began. I've walked a lot, but still was shocked to notice that the treads are completely worn off the heels and mid-foot after 3 months. I looked because I was slipping on wet white crosswalk paint after it rained. I'm a former runner who retired shoes after 400-500 miles that still had tread (Asics Gel Nimbus). In fact my more normal Hoka Ones have held up fine to heavy use. So I don't recommend these except for hanging out or running errands.

These shoes worn great for my feet issues. I've had bad plantar fasciitis and heel pain for over a year now. My podiatrist wanted me to wear shoes around the house instead of elevated slippers to provide more support for my feet. She thought this would be a better option than walking boots for both my feet. These shoes are sturdy and comfortable. So far...it's doing the trick! Great value for the shoes. Roomy area around the toes. Great fit, true to size, good arch suuport. Overall great shoe!!

The Hoka One One Hupana Slip felt great the moment I put them on, I’m coming off of two bunion surgeries same foot within one year, so I was relieved when they were comfortable. I tried the shoes on without socks and wore them all day without any irritations or tired feet. I bought the size 8.5, my normal size, they fit perfectly, if you’re looking for a wider toe box this shoe is it. Some might feel the shoe runs a little longer, but I usually order ½ size up in performance shoes, but that was not necessary with these, plenty of toe room. Ordered the pink blended color, had wanted the grey, but not in stock in my sizes, but I really like the pink. There may be room for a pair of grey ones in my future. Yes, I definetly would recommend these shoes, in fact I already have!

Love these shoes! This is my second pair. They are so comfortable and I love the way they look! I highly recommend them!

For the price, I would expect a good insert. I had to put in my own. What came with the shoe was real junk. Otherwise, the fit is fine. Rubs on the back of my ankle due to having to put in a thicker insert. That will hopefully change.

I needed to order 1/2 size larger as they felt tight around my instep. The pair I sized up was perfect! Cushioned with good support & no breaking in required. I loved the steel grey color & really like the look of this shoe. Zappos 30 day wear policy is amazing! I highly recommend both Zappos & Hoka One One Humana Slip.

I bought these shoes, loved them so much I bought them in another color. My only complaint is I wish there were even more color options. This is the comfort of a Hoka without the bulky sole. I normally wear a 9 or 9.5 and an 8.5 fits perfectly.

I am crazy about these shoes. I got my sister a pair and she loves them, too. I wish they came in more colors. I MUST have good arch support in my shoes. I wear these to work when I wear pants or a jeans skirt with leggings. I would wear them every day if I had a variety of colors. I wear a thin pair of half socks with them and we're good to go!

Was going to return as the fit was a little tight. Planned to return but changed my mind. I have planter fasciitis and the support helps with the pain. Loved the style.

This is my second pair as I love the cushion, comfort and ease of the slip on style. I usually wear a 9.5 in running shoes but in a Hoka I’m a 9 wide. Unfortunately these do not come in a wide but the material is stretchy and I don’t run in these so the 9 works. These are a shoe that i could go either 9 or 9.5 but the 9.5 feels a slightly large but with a sock fits fine. This time I ordered the 9 and while a little tighter I kept it as I noted material above. Love the style....More colors please ? .

Wanted to love these. Don’t love some of the design elements, but the slip on factor isn’t as easy. Took as much effort as putting on shoes that I need to tie. First pair of Hokas, though, and I would definitely recommend them overall. I will be buying this brand for my next replacement.

Cute shoes. Very lightweight. Very well cushioned. Removable insole. Rounded toe-box. I have drop foot and needed a shoe I could walk in that would stay on and not have foot-fatigue. Top of shoe is also lightly elasticized, feels kind of sock-like. Easy to put on. I wear between a size 6 1/2 and 7. Ordered the 6 1/2- too snug to wear with a sock but it seemed to be a true 6 1/2. Ordered a 7- was perfect for fit .Wanted a shoe I could walk in in-city, and these seem to be a great shoe for that, though not designed as a walking - shoe per se. Great 30 day try /return policy. Have ordered it in black as well.

LOVE THESE SHOES!!! I highly recommend them, they are super comfortable, easy to get on and cute!! This is my first pair of shoes from this brand and I'm hooked!!!

I am delighted with these shoes! I liked them so much that I got a pair for my sister. We both wonder what shoes did we ever wear before we had these!? I wear them to work and walk around in them all day in total comfort. I MUST have good arch support and these have that. The wide sole feels stable and the body of the shoe fits just right. I wear them with thin socks and my feet are happy all day.

I love these shoes, I am awaiting a knee replacement as well as having a torn meniscus, so these shoes are very comfortable walking in these where other shoes really hurt my knee.

These were just too bulky and too tight on my foot. I have high arches and they just were painful across the top of my foot. They also seemed like they’d be hot - not great for summer.

Very comfortable! I wanted a pair of sneakers without laces and these are so great! I could not be happier. Probably my favorite pair of athletic shoes I have ever owned. I love the look and comfort!

Amazing fit and really cute. Plan to wear for more athlesiure styles than exercise but seem like they would be good for exercise too. First time trying Hoka’s but won’t be the last!

Love love love these shoes! I am on my 3rd pair. I was told they discontinued them and was so bummed. I filled out the wait list and 3 months later Zappos contacted me the shoes came in. So happy. These are the most comfortable shoes I own and stylish. They don’t look like clunky sneakers.

My Hoka One One gym shoes are a size 8.5 and I got these in a 8.5 and I am glad I did not size down half a size. I can actually wear slightly thicker socks with these. The are great for getting around town. I prefer my more padded gym shoes to walk a mile or so. I find these shoes very attractive and comfortable and most importantly, easy to slip on and just go!

I recently discovered Hoka shoes and they have been my go-to shoes. I have flat feet pain and bunions, so these shoes have really given me a lot of relief. The slip ons are very comfy, worked best with an insert like Super Feet for me. I ended up buying them in both colors!
