For true to size when comparing to other trainer/fitness type sneakers where I’m also a 6.5. Wiggle room in the toe area but not too much and the length was good. My nike fly knits (I don’t remember the style)
are a 7 but the sales person told me they ran a little small.
Great cushioning and comfort but I was looking to use these when I work on my feet all day on a concrete floor and I found that The rocker propellsion feature was too intense to stay balanced in one position for a long time and I would’ve liked a tiny bit firmer support just in the arch area where I get a lot of pain.
I think as a running shoe for someone with moderate arch pain who is looking for very chusiony yet supportive shoes these would be great! Just not right for my use. Oh and you have to not care about a chunky look. Definitely chunky, and almost a platform with all the cushioning.

I didn't give these 5 stars in all categories simply because they are truly unattractive--I look like I have Frankenstein's feet.
Having said that: THESE ARE AWESOME. I was in a longtime relationship with Asics but they keep screwing with the widths of their shoes--and making their wide offerings no different from the regular mediums--so I jumped ship. I read a lot of reviews of Hoka One One and tried them (same price as Asics anyway). Holy cow, I have converted! The ugly is what makes them amazing on the feet. They are incredibly shock-resistant and true to size if you order wide. I can move my toes in them unlike the last few generations of Asics (Gel Nimbus). I got these for running (have done a little in them so far) and walking (done two solid workouts including steep hills) and am very happy...I can't feel impact at all and the usual soreness in hip joints or feet is gone. I just ordered their ones designed for HIIT and circuit classes. Do NOT attempt to do HIIT and circuit in these Bondis...the design is definitely not intended for that and I could see you screwing up your ankles or knees. But for running walking, check out these or any Hoka One Ones. I feel like a kid in a very expensive candy shop, but I do feel like my workout-shoe problem that has plagued me for too long now is solved!

I had big hopes for these shoes because of what I had read and heard about them. While the cushion is very good, the cut around the ankle is too high for me making it very uncomfortable with rubbing.
I'd also recommend:

This is my second pair of Hoka OneOne Biondi 6. I have many foot issues which require me to wear sneakers with cushioning and support. I also wear orthotics, and these were very comfy even with the orthotics. These are 9.5 W which surprised me as I have been wearing B or N in other brands. Unfortunately, after only literally one day of wear, the tongue pulled right out of the shoe as I was putting them on! Zappos customer service was awesome, ordering me another pair while explaining how to return the “rejects”. Hopefully this was a fluke and the replacement pair will be fine, but I am confident if I experience another issue Zappos will make it right.

Was recommended Bondi's after having a real problem finding comfortable shoes to do triathlon runs in (including 70.3) - loved the comfort at first but always felt like I had boats on my feet, and always felt disconnected from the ground. The shoes feel particularly unresponsive (obviously due to the amount of cushioning). I have tried to hate them (because...well - they are boats!) but I do love them for softness, hate them because they cramp my feet vertically, and yet are too wide horizontally - and have now bought new runners specifically for flat feet, and using these just for weekend day wear. They are even too wide to wear on recreational cycling trails (I wear cycle cleats on my road bike).

I've been wanting to try these out for a while to see if the extra cushioning would help with my knee pain on my long runs. They are definitely cushiony! I've never felt such a cushioned shoe in my life. They do help to absorb the impact and my knees don't hurt as bad afterward. My one criticism is that the top of the shoe hurts my foot for some reason (where the tongue overlaps the inside of the shoe). I have to loosen them A LOT, otherwise I have pain on the top of my foot. I've never had that issue before. I usually like to wear my running shoes a little more snug so my foot isn't sliding around. Once I get them adjusted they feel good, just a little looser than I would like. Other than that I really like them!

I usually can't wear medium width running shoes and the wide version was too wide, so these probably run wider than most medium width running shoes.
I gave then 3 stars for Style because big puffy shoes are not all that stylish, but they're VERY comfortable.
I have not yet run in them but they're fantastic for walking.

I have wide feet have a hard time finding comfortable running shoes. These fit well in the toe box and heel, but there was very little arch support, so I had to return them. I kept the Hoka Clifton 5 instead. They provided more arch support and had a bit more cushion.

I would love to say that these shoes are the greatest, and they probably would be if only they were narrower. The M seems ultra-wide to me, although I can get away with a M in some other brands. These were a gift, an expensive one, so I was sort of stuck with them. I do wear them to the gym every day, but otherwise, they are in the closet. A women's size 11 is huge enough; wide as a Pennsylvania barn really pushes the envelope! Oh, for a narrow Hoka!!

I wear orthotics, so don't need the shoe to have much arch support. Just got these, so haven't worked in them all day at the hospital yet. Just walking around, they feel even more cushioned than my last 5 pair of Cliftons.

Similar to the Bondi 5. Roomy in width but not too wide. Wish they had more fun color options like the Bondi 5 had.

Straight out of the box, I ran 5 miles...nice cushion, very comfortable. Had tried the HOKA Mach and Evelon - the Bondi has the most cushion of these models, which I need for an arthritic forefoot (due to Morton's Neuroma) Shoe size is 7, generally take a 7.5 in running shoes. I have found that HOKA size 7 fits the best. The toe box is not narrow; however, it is on the border of not being wide enough. Though not enough to return. I have not had them long enough to comment on durability.

Very comfortable. I have arthritis in my big toe and need a very stiff but comfortable shoe with a big toe box and this shoe fits the bill. Normally I would wear a 7 or 7.5 medium width, but I got a size 8 wide in this shoe and it works well for me.

This shoes fits well in the 2E Wide yes it can be had in the WIDE.. Lateral support could be just a liitle bit more towards the center by 25% its totally netral. Cushion is super soft could be just a little bit better in toe area. Material Quality is indeed Very good. This is a good shoe and what I bought was exactly true to size within 1/2 MM unreal exacting..Its in the top 5% of all shoes....if you desire strong lateral support this is NOT it..but if you desire your feet to be planted AS IS then this might work for you..its worth a look..it fit so well game OVER..I have a pair!

I found out about the Hoka shoe from a massage therapist. Someone on her feet all day. I have issues with my feet aching at the end of the day, so thought I’d try them....certainly I have tried everything else. Well, I’ve been wearing these for a couple of weeks now and no more aching feet! Just amazing to me. The style is nothing to impress anyone, but who cares. My foot comfort is much more important.

I love my Bondi's! I bought them due to very painful plantar fasciitis. It took just a couple days to really break them in/get used to them, and they are now my go-to every day shoe.
My only complaint is that they are ugly.
I am very stylish and work in apparel design as a designer. So I can get away with a certain amount of "ugly shoe look" with cute tights and dresses. I bought the black, but would be other colors if they were more trend-right. The colors of Hoka are over-all dated looking.
Alternately, I would consider buying another shoe if it was wide with extra cushion. But I think these are the only wides + soft cushion.
Love love love the comfort!! I'm a 6.5 and they are sized correctly.

These is my 1st pair of Bondi shoes and I'm absolutely impressed by the amount of cushion! There is a lot of cushion and my feet don't get tired - love that meta rocker design! I've been out of the running scene due to injuries so my distance isn't far (yet) but I've been surprisingly reaching for these shoes for my walks and runs.
The only kicker about the Bondi is the weight. They are SO HEAVY!! It's like the shoes sat down at a buffet and the rest is history. I would love to see these shoes a tad lighter (like an ounce or two) and not sacrifice the plush cushion. Maybe I'm asking too much but hey, we all gotta dream.
Overall, I'm really happy these shoes fit and encourage you to try them.

These shoes have helped me deal with getting into walking again after persistent plantar fasciitis...so far so good! They are a little bulky, though, kind of thick. Trying to get used to that!

I was extremely happy with the Bondi 5, but returned the 6 (this model) after 3 runs. I am a 7D and they were too narrow in the toe box. The Bondi 5's were definitely wider. I have to admit that I have a heel lift in one shoe and also another set of inserts, but again the 5 held it all and my foot just fine. Luckily I called Hoka direct and they recommended Gaviota which comes in wide widths as well. I ordered and received already (really fast of course - thank you Zappos :-) and ran in them once. I think they are going to work. The fit is much more like the Bondi 5 but they seem more structured which is the intent (more for over pronation). Anyway I think the Bondi 6's are nice and will work for a lot of people, just not me.
