Because they are wide near the toe it took some time getting use to them. Makes it a lot easier to trip over your feet. They are the most comfortable work shoe I have worn. I use to wear Brooks to work a 12 hour shift in and my feet would hurt afterwards.

This was very comfortable except that the tongue in the right shoe rubbed against my ankle, even when I tried it with heavier socks. So I’m reordering another pair in the hopes that it doesn’t have this issue. I do think the right tongue was less cushioned than the left one, which might have accounted for the problem. I ordered the 6W, which was a 1/2 size smaller than my Brooks.

Very cushiony. Great for walking about. Only shoes that I can really wear now, because after these everything else feels really flat and not cushioned.

I am on my feet for 10 hours per day. I have sore feet by the end of the day. Hoka shoes have been a god send. This pair is not as good as my last pair but I won't buy any other shoes.

Hoka One One Bondi 6 review, I have never wore Hokas saw they are good for foot problems, back ect so i tried them. I felt like i was not walking normal the shoe felt strange to me wondering if this is normal with these shoes , i wasnt sure if this was a good thing or bad thing and was afraid i would have other aches and pains ? I really loved the Hot Pink color but they do not seem to have them anymore i hope they bring them back

Unfortunately, this shoe didn't work for me. I purchased it in two different sizes. My foot surgeon recommended rocker bottom shoes, but this doesn't seem to have much of a rocker bottom. Also, it's just too big all the way around. Grant it, I have a fairly narrow foot.
I'd also recommend:
Asics Gel Nimbus works best for me, but I would not recommend if you have a wide foot.

I wear this and my other pair of Hokas almost every day. Very comfortable and supporting. Plenty of room in toe box.

Positive-Nice cushioning & color way. Not so positive-they tend to make my feet land on the outside rather than in the middle of the sole.

First, these are like walking on big, supportive marshmallows. Very soft with excellent arch support. I bought them specifically to wear to a trip to Disney. Also, they are slightly curved so they support a rocking motion while walking. It seems to lessen the impact and help posture. I tried these on in a store (but they didn't have my size) with this on one foot and a variety of other shoes on the other -- including a new pair of the Brooks that I have had 3 pairs of in the past. These were more comfortable.
They seem like they run a little bit big. I would probably order a half-size down but I didn't have a lot of time before my trip so I kept the ones I have. These are a shoe that you would wear walking around or if you had specific feet problems. I don't think I would wear them for working out as they are a little too squishy.

I ordered a couple of pairs of sneakers to try out in the comfort of my own home. Two were Hoka in an 8W. The Hoka Bondi brand is definitely larger in the toe box than the Hoka Clifton. I usually order a wide in my sneakers, so did so with both of the Hoka styles I ordered. While it was comfortable in the instep area for width, the toe box and heel were so roomy, that my foot felt loose and unsupported properly-something I need to participate in aerobic type dance classes. Unfortunately, if I order the regular width, the toe box might be slightly less roomy, but it would probably be too narrow in instep for me. These have to go back. Sadly, I liked the color combo for this one, even more than the Hoka Clifton I kept. I noticed in another review that someone said the Bondi runs larger in the toe box, and she was definitely right. Keep that in mind when ordering.

I use the Bondi 6 shoes for long walks. However, the sides of the shoes feel like they're smashing my feet a bit. I tried the wide version as well, but those seemed too roomy in the rest of the shoe.

Overall, these shoes felt wonderful and very supportive. I am dealing with plantar fasciitis and appreciate the cushioning this model provides. My only issue was with the mid foot / upper part of the shoe; if I laced the shoe tight enough for my heel to stay in place, it felt tight across the top of my foot and was uncomfortable for me. I sent these back in favor of Hoka Clifton 6 instead as the upper feels much more forgiving, and I’m very happy with those shoes so far.

On a comfort scale of 1 to 10 I would say they were almost a 9. The width in the wide was sufficient but the harder plastic area that meets with the soft mesh fabric does tend to rub on the outside of my small toes. The lighter grey color helps to blend in the somewhat clownish look you get with the Bondi 6 platform sole. That I was very happy about. As far as the height it really isn’t that extreme at all. Very similar to the old Original Altra Olympus shoes. These shoes do help with supination. Were as the Altra Olympus did not.

The first pair I received was very comfortable until I noticed that the back of my heel was getting sore when wearing around the house for several hours. I inspected the area where it was hurting and found a small hole in the seam at the back heel area, so I returned for a replacement pair. When the new ones arrived, for some reason they were not very comfortable and certainly did not fit like the first pair.
I have very sensitive feet and finding shoes are quite the challenge for me. So I was very disappointed in this Bondi 6, especially since I have normal width feet and had ordered Wide, which was still too cramped in the midfoot and close to the toe box.
I hope the quality of the stitching and general overally comfort of Hoka improves by the next itteration of the shoe and then maybe I will try again.

I wear these shoes every day. I have a neuroma in one of my feet, and tho my foot still hurts, this is no fault of the shoe. Maximum cushion means the shoe looks a bit clunky, but the black color helps mitigate that. Please keep the black color and make it available to your retailers Hoka!! Finally the Bondi 5 was a bit wider and I actually preferred that. Not sure why you changed the 6. Overall, shoe is great, highly recommend!

I usually wear a 9-9.5 in street shoes with an orthotic, and bought the 9.5 in the Bondi 6. The fit was great. Unfortunately the comfortable, cushy sole was a little too soft for pelvic work I'm doing with a PT. Hate to return them!

I wanted to love these shoes. Super soft on the inside but the shoes just were not quite wide enough for my right foot small bunion.

This shoe is initially very comfortable when wearing. However, for me because I have a bunion on my right big toe, the shoe irritates the bunion causing pain if I wear the shoe all day. I am keeping the shoe because it is comfortable for the most part and I will try to figure out a way to help ease the bunion pain when wearing this shoe. I am a 6.5 Wide and have plantar fasciitis.

When I first started wearing the Bondi 6 I was in love with the cushioning! Now the cushioning has wore down after only 30 days and I haven't worn it everyday. Comfy cushioning is very important to me!

I went back and forth deciding between Altra's Torin (4) Plush and the Hoka Bondi. I've worn Altras for a few years and prefer the comfort of the larger toebox shape but compared to the Bondi 6, the Torins felt heavier- partly probably due to the zero drop design but for a first half marathon run, I thought I'd go with the rocker design instead. The toebox is slightly more narrow than I'd like but not more than any other non-Altra shoe I've worn. The cushioning is great and the shoe itself does not look as "bulky" on foot as it does on the shelf.
