Bought this shoe because it was recommended on MANY websites for those people who have problems with their feet (neuromas, capsulitis, etc). The shoe was touted as having a generous size toe box. The toe box in the Hoka, One One Bondi 6 does NOT have this feature. The Bondi 6 toe box is what you would expect in a “Medium width” shoe. For me it was a “tight” medium. Tight even when I opened up the laces as far as they would go.

These are very comfortable to the point of almost too cushy. It will be interesting to see how well they last. Using these for walking as opposed to running. So far so good, I am pleased with the purchase.

The fit is very good however ,the arch on the right foot feels high and my arch was sore the next day and I have a high arch. I almost returned them, hope I didn't make a mistake. sometimes you just get a bad shoe. Wore them another day without socks and they seemed fine.

I researched recommended shoes for relief from arthritic hips and knees, and decided on this shoe. I'm glad I did! I wear my Bondi's walking through the city, and they are indeed super cushy and comfortable, and I feel much less pain as I hit the sidewalk. I would definitely purchase another pair when these wear out, however, they are a half to one full size too big. If I had known that the woman's size 10 was, as on the shoe's label, equivalent to a Euro size 42 and 2/3 in this model, I would have sized down. Other brands state that Euro size 40 to 41 is equivalent to US size 10. I know that Hoka has a generous return policy, but I'm not a return fiend. I'll wear thicker socks!

Perfect sneaker in every way except sizing-8.5 is a bit too big but 9 is way too big so I ordered a Bondi 7 (the new model) in a size 8 to see if that's the sweet spot.
I have plantar fasciitis & a ruptured disc from being an Occupational Therapist in nursing homes & require special shoes (& beds too) & this brand fits the bill perfectly. Only negative is sizing system. But once you find the right size it's 5 all the way.
Don't hesitate -get these sneaks!! You'll be in lower body heaven.

I like the shoes. I use them to teach Zumba Fitness. I have Plantars Faceitis and am still trying to decide if they are the right choice. I am being treated for it now so hoping these are the right choice.

I have tried a variety of shoe types over the years, but as I have aged have found that a wider toe box and cushioning can be advantageous to my running. The Bondi 6 is well padded and provides a smooth run.

I have posterior tibial tendon dysfunction (and flat feet from birth) - so I needed a stable but highly cushioned shoe so I was able to go for walks. I tried the Bondi 6 first, but it put too much pressure on the outside of my feet. I called Customer Service and they recommended the Akasa which I tried, kept and love! FYI, I am a 9.5B/M in almost all of my shoes but needed a 10 in the Bondi 6. I only needed the 9.5M in the Akasa. Love Hoka and thanks for having shoes that have enabled me to go walking again in spite of 5 knee surgeries and foot problems!

This is my first time trying Hoka. I’m looking for a comfort shoe for standing/walking long hours at work. I’ve been struggling with plantar fasciitis for 2 years, shoes make or break me! I feel like this shoe is a true 10.5. My toes had room at the end. I have a high arch and my forefoot is very wide. In the regular width, my baby toe is smooshed on the side. For comparison- my current shoe is a Altra Timp 1.5. It’s zero drop with a roomy toe box. I like the added cushion of the Hoka and I’m comfortable with the 4mm drop. The arch support seems good. I’ve exchanged the medium width for the wide and will update when I try them.
I'd also recommend:
Altra

These shoes has a lot of cusion for your feet. However I do have an arch and I still find a little discomfort at the ball of my feet and the back of my thighs at the end of a 10 hr shift. I'm a cashier and stand all day. If these shoes had arch support I would definitely give them a 5. I did accidentally ordered a wide and I'm a regular and these aren't extremely wide. I can wear them without sliding.

As a former runner, I have developed a few issues with my feet, one that will eventually require surgery. The Bondi 6 have allowed me to still walk my dog 20-30 miles a week with no pain!!

I’m not a huge fan of the overall look of these shoes but thought I’d give them a chance since they were on sale and supposed to be good for plantar fasciitis. They were a bit too cushioned for my taste...although they did feel good on the feet. I ended up returning as I didn’t like the feeling of my heel in the shoe.

I typically wear a 6.5 or 7 depending on the shoe. I purchased a 6.5 wide due to a small/medium sized bunion on my left foot. The length was true to size but the width felt more narrow than expected due to developing pain and redness at bunion site due to a seam in that area and a blister on the side of my big toe.
The material feels flexible and is breathable. The arch support is less than I prefer but is as advertised. Cushioning is superb, and as others have commented feels like you are walking on a cloud
Overall, this is a great shoe. Despite developing a blister and Hotspot on left foot only, this shoe has reduces my foot pain during my long 12 hour shifts as a critical care nurse.

Yes they’re ugly. But very comfortable for walking & standing. Zappos recommended half size larger. Could’ve done with my regular size. I got the wide, the fit is good. The edge of the arch pet of the Insole is a bit irritating. Socks help. Socks also help with that being a tad too big

Great product! So comfortable! I only wish more colors were available at the time of purchase. Also shipping was "Covid slow." Not sure what can be donethis is all that stood between me and a perfect score rating.

I love Hoka's....only one drawback....the bottom of the shoes wear out very quickly. I have worn this shoe maybe 5-6 times for walking on grass and asphalt...and have already noticed the bottom wearing. This is the reason I rated the shoe 4 stars. Other than that....love the fit, love the feel, love the comfort.

This shoe is very comfortable for being on my feet all day long. I ordered my third pair of this particular shoe a couple days ago. My feet used to hurt so bad when I got home from work that I wouldn't be able to do anything. These shoes made a difference the first day! They are not too tight, and the cushion is amazing! My son introduced me to HOKA, and this was one of my first pairs. The only thing I don't like about them is that the fabric on the outside layer can snag and tear easily.
