I am very happy with these shoes. Great support! However, for some reason the left shoe makes a loud squeaking noise when I walk. I have adjusted the laces several times but it still squeaks. This has not happened with any other shoes. Because the shoes are so comfortable, I will put up with the annoying sound. I wear the shoes for work and I typically work alone. The noise will not bother others most of the time. Most likely I will not order another pair in the future, though.

I'm wearing these for work shoes. I wish they had held up better. I'm getting on the fourth month of (nearly) daily wear and the sole is peeling off. It's a bummer, considering the cost. I'm not in love with the look of these either. There's something so bulky about these. They were very helpful initially in relieving my plantar fasciitis pain, so that's a bonus. They weren't really helpful for sciatica though.

As an underpronator (a forefoot striker, with my feet rolling outward through the motion of each step), I'm always in the market for new/better running shoes that can provide a high degree of cushioning and flexibility to accommodate my gait. With a very small frame, though--5'4", 95lbs--I also try to look for shoes with a lighter overall weight... a tough combination to find. I knew going into the Bondi 6 that it was a heavier shoe by a couple of ounces than most other shoes I've had, but I've found myself needing additional forefoot cushioning recently, and they were supposed to address that, so... I tried them. After only one wear (on a treadmill), I could tell they absolutely would NOT work; they may have a thicker sole, but my forefeet nonetheless found them very uncomfortable, to the point that they burned with every step. (Having your feet feeling like they're on fire AND stepping on something very hard? NOT what anyone wants in a workout shoe!) So, although they are very nice in some regards--roomy forefoot, yet able to cinch them up tightly enough (with thick socks) to fit my otherwise bony feet, and plenty of heel cushioning (the sort of thing that would be great in a job involving a lot of standing)--they proved to be a big NO, for my feet. The search continues...

I bought these because they were recommend for my metatarsal problems. So far I can not say for sure they have helped that any. They are extremely comfortable as far as cushioning BUT for me they are still just too narrow and I ordered the wide width! I normally need a 4E and was told these would work because of the roomy toe box....nope. I have a show stretcher and am hoping that helps. I really wish more shows came in wider widths!! So if you need anything wider than a D width these will be snug.....

Bondi 6 is still a great comfortable shoe but I prefer the stability of my 4 which are worn out. ( why oh why does everyone change style when these are more a comfort shoe?)
The mesh is thin so my feet will definitely get wetter in WA o and less foot stability, hence they feel larger.
Gone are the exterior side stabilizers! Makes it look more shoe like I guess ....Sigh.
I want my Bondi 4 style back!

My first try on of this shoe was great. They were very cushy and comfortable. I walked around my apartment a little and loved the way they felt. The moment I stepped out into the world they stopped being so comfortable. The weight of the shoe made them very hard to wear even when walking up a slight hill. I wore them to work a couple of times (I'm a server) and because the sole was so big, it felt like I was constantly walking up a hill.

After reading reviews I ordered half size smaller than my normal sneaker size which fit me. Overall I was disappointed. I didn't find these comfortable even though the Hoka site categorizes them as "plush" (the most cushion). Also they just don't seem made for a womans foot- the sides rub high, against my ankle bone.

I was disappointed in this shoe. People claim it has good arch support but to me the footbed is like a mushy memory foam bed. You get arch support because you mush the foot bed down but the under arch support is not stable. Because they are so mushy, I felt like I had to balance on these and was likely to roll my ankle due to the lack of stability in the shoe. The mesh top also has some elasticity in it so there is no stability to your foot from the top of the shoe or its lacing.

I tried several Hoka styles searching for a good motion-control shoe. The firm support in these was great, and I liked the style, but sadly the toe box is narrower than is comfortable for an athletic shoe. Frustrating that more shoe companies do not produce shoes that will comfortably and securely fit feet that are wider at the forefoot and narrower at the heels (as are many women's feet). No one wants to run with compressed toes or sliding heels. These will have to go back.

I'm a regular walker who happens to need lots of soft cushioning under foot, esp. in the metatarsal. I used to find that in Asics, but they've changed the design and provide a harder cushion now. I found the Hoka One Bondi 6 too structured and stiff for my comfort, with insufficient cushioning. Had to return them. Zappos was great to deal with - couldn't have been easier or faster, both on the delivery and the return credit.

I feel the Bondi 6 wide is narrower in the toe box than the Bondi 5 wide I previously had. Also the tongue seam allowance seems to add an uncomfortable pressure laterally in the left shoe. I’ll wear them for the 30 day trial and see if I can get past my disappointment.

I was thrilled with the way the Hoka Arahi 3 looked and helped my foot, knee and calf pain so I purchased the Bondi a few days later. Unfortunately, while I think it's a good shoe generally, for me the Bondi felt very unstable, high, bouncy and caused severe pain to the ball of my foot and my knees. They also seemed narrow for a medium width, I'd have tried a wide but it was obvious these just aren't the right shoe for me. My usual running shoe size 8 worked for the length, and they're very lightweight for being such a bulky shoe. Thank you to Zappos for their wonderful customer service people and help in exchanging and ultimately returning these.

I'm a huge fan of Bondi5s and thought I'd give these a go. I felt they were comfortable, breathed well and had great cushioning. My big, big issue was that they run sooo large. My estimate is between half to a full size big. I couldn't keep them as they weren't going to work in my normal size. I will try them in a smaller size, though *crossing fingers* Still a great shoe!

I did not end up keeping the Bondi’s and chose the Brooks Glycerin instead; however, I will say that Hoka’s cushioning is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. THE most plush shoe there is. When I tried them on and jogged around my house a bit, they were SO soft; however, my feet quickly felt hot so I’m not sure how breathable they are, and the 4mm heel drop wasn’t comfortable for me - my feet aches after not too long. I prefer a higher differential since I’m a heavy heel striker, which is part of what made me choose the Glycerin at 10mm. I also felt I had more flexibility in the Glycerin. But that is just personal preference. This is definitely a comfy, well made shoe, no question about it. Just wasn’t for me.

The toe box of this shoe is EXCELLENT. The cushion in this shoe is great. I had to return this shoe as my heel was just not receiving the necessary support and I will not risk a bout of plantar fasciitis for comfy toes. That being said, I wasn't heartbroken, as I do think it is a very unattractive shoe.

Too springy for unstable knees and ankles. I did feel like I was walking on air but did not feel stable.

The insole feels like it is cutting into my feet. The arch is not high enough, causing pressure on the ball of the foot. I bought wide. I was hoping they would be comfortable. I had another pair of hokas with the same insole problem, and replaced the insoles. Not willing to this time.

Not leather, will be returning. Mesh does not protect your feet.

My last 2 pairs of Hokas were amazing. So, I tried this style which seemed the closest to the style I had grown to love. These feel so cheap. Fit is so big in the toe box, but so tight in the arch. Completely different than my old pairs. But, i wore them around the house. Figured i would get used to them. But, now i come home from an hour fast paced walk and my feet hurt so bad.i used to keep my old Hokas on because they were so wonderful.

They run big. Too long & a bit wide. My foot is on the wider side of normal and they were still too big. This was the recommended size & while they felt comfortable at first, the fit became sloppy. I wear sneakers to work and walk about 35 miles a week. These were too loose to be comfortable.
