I liked the shoe but even a 13 wide wasn't wide enough. Needed to be wider around the toe area

Very plush and comfortable shoes for running; somewhat wide in the toes area; have great arch support (possibly even too much of it). I bought these shoes because I had knee pain and they helped a lot to manage the pain. They were great for running short and long distances (2-8 miles). However, I had to return them because when running longer distances, I was getting blisters on the inner side of my feet, closer to my large toes, due to sharp edges of the insoles. I put bandages and thought that the shoes will break in and I will be okay, but that did not happen. So I returned these pare and replaced them with Hoka Clifton 6. Comparing to Bondi 6, Cliston 6 is a bit less plush, narrower in the front area. I ran 5 miles today and there is no indication of any blisters.

I have owned 2 pairs of BONDI the first pair I fell in love after working in them for about a week. At first I thought they were goofy but the sales man said all the doctors and nurses are using them cuz they are on their feet for so long and they really like them. So after about a week m feet quit hurting and I was in heaven. I have been able to sustain a much better attitude at work because my feet don't hurt. I love LOVE these shoes. after 2 years of working in the same pair about 48 hours per week m feet began to hurt and sure enough I looked at my soles and they were just squished out. So i got a new pair of bondis I fount the 5 to be a little less cush than the 5 but it did the trick after a coule of shifts my feet quit hurting. Sadly in 8 months the side just ripped wide open. I have seen other pictures here and my salesman said its become common. I am holding out and waiting for refund and when the BONDI 7 comes out I will buy a pair. looking forward to the new shoe and putting some long hours with them protecting my feet. Thank you HOKA for making the best cushion ever!!! I might have quit being a nurse if it was not for these shoes!!.

I bought these at a local store in 13. They were to tight so I took them back. I ordered a 13 wide. Can't tell much difference in the width. I have wore them a couple of days. My feet are killing me. I have plantar fasciitis and work on my feet for 12 hours. Not sure if these will work. I heard they would

Most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. One of them literally ripped apart after about 7 months and with plenty of good tread left. For the price, that should not happen.

This is probably my 10th pair of Hoka’s. I like them for trails or payment. The biggest issue is they can tear and my last paid lasted four months before they completely shredded.

If you're an older runner or have foot problems and wear inserts, these shoes are great! However, the heavy cush means lateral support is lacking, so if you have ankle issues this isn't your shoe. Also, there isn't a toe cap so if you lift your toe during walking, you'll wear a hole in the top; these aren't walking shoes.

My feet is US9.5 4E but settled for Bondi US10.5 2E since it's the most appropriate fit for me.
I wished HOKA can produce 4E options, probably online only if too much to produce?
Otherwise, cushion is stable and wide base is stable for people who need it from wider feet.
Look at the 4E extra wide options coming from SKETCHERs, HOKA pls produce some 4E options for Bondi. :)

So, I was blown away by the responsive cushion feeling and bought these, I can absolutely fly in them for maybe a mile ot a time, straight ahead on road (not suitable for anything else, not even taking turns quickly fyi), but I found myself constantly wanting to stop running after short distances (every other mile)...and I found another reviewer saying the same thing....I suppose you could adjust your running and build up muscle and endurance to these shoes specifically over months or years, but they feel like an 800M to mile shoe for me, so I totally disagree with reviewers who are ready to "run" a marathon in these.......has anybody ran a fast marathon in these? would be interesting to know (my gut feeling is that it would be extremely hard to maintain the fast springy pace of these shoes over that distance) I think you could beat the elite runners for the first two miles at about 4 minutes a mile....but then you might realize there is a trade off in efficiency and collapse and walk the last 24 miles with your head in your hands saying..."why....why did I buy these ridiculously cushiony shoes! NOOOOOOOoooooooooo!"

I am 77 years old and purchased these shoes on a doctors recommendation. I wear them as my regular shoes and they offer great support and comfort. I short hike trails 6 days a week, 2.3 or 4.4 miles. The soles still have a good amount of tread but the fabric top has separated from the sole at t.he arch about a inch and a half so far.

This is my second pair of the Hoka Bondi, I love them. I have an extremely high arch and this shoes seems to fit the bill for doing half marathons. Now with that said I do more fast walking jogging than running for 13.1’s. Personally I would prefer a medium to responsive than a plush for running. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who is a neutral pronator and wanting a comfortable long distance shoe.

I use this shoe when I referee. They are so soft and light. I don't think I'll go back to another shoe.

I love this shoe- it has this reverb springy thing going on that is really appreciated. A little more arch support would be appreciated. But love it. Probably trying the Clifton next.

I bought this shoe for its' wonderful cushion and protection to soften the impact of the foot to the ground. Due to my plantar fasciitis, it has made being able to walk- with less pain- much more enjoyable.

Wearing the Bondi 6 style has been a bit of a learning curve. as the thick soles have caught on curbs and steps that I had been use to crossing with thinner soles. Also beware that the height gives way to an instability problem and has come close to turning my ankle. The thick sole does.feel comfortable and pain relieving when walking the nearly six to eight miles I walk four days a week on hard walkways, etc.

I have planters facetious and the softness of these soles help me get through my days of standing all day at work. I am on flat terrain mostly but un even surfaces, like sloped trails might be a bit sketchy. It seems like you can roll an ankle very easily with these shoes.

Shoe has a very comfortable fit but find the sole too soft when walking. Feels like walking on a thick sponge. The heel strike is too soft and the arch needs more stability walking forward.

I love the feel of these shoes. I was looking for a pair to help me handle my painful plantar fasciitis. I did a lot of research and picked these. I enjoy how stable they are. I picked my normal size based on the size recommendations and they were a little loose in the actual fabric of the shoe. My toes fit great but my feet slide in the fabric and so I don't feel as secure. I think I could have tried to size down but my toes wouldn't have had the room they needed. It's like the shape of the shoe is much larger or more stretchy than it needs to be.

Overall a comfortable shoe. Sadly, it's not wide enough. I need a 4e shoe, I had read on the web page that Hoka may offer 4e shoes at some point. When they do, I will purchase them.
