I am very satisfied with Hoka running/walking shoes. This is the fifth pair I've bought over the years. They aren't cheap, yet they have the most shock absorption of any shoe I've owned.

My third pair. You can’t go wrong with Hoka comfort. I walk the dogs 21+ miles a week on pavement and my plantar fasciitis went away after buying these. The only drawback is the wear quickly. I get a new pair about every four months.

They feel great! Light weight! Our friend swears by these shoes. He said his knees, legs and back stopped hurting!

Fantastic shoe, with outstanding cushion. My wife and I do a lot of brisk walking on pavement. This shoe is so comfy! We’re both seniors, thus we require a more cushioned shoe. The Bondi 6 satisfies that specification.

Neuropathy from chemo means I need comfortable shoes. These are great, everything I could hope for. I originally tried a 12.5W -- and I love Hoka for offering this size -- but had to move up to 13W. Fit is very good with heavier socks (which I generally prefer).
For long walks, the shoes are great, and I use them around town on my old mountain bike.
I'm a cyclist and not a runner so I can't recommend them for running. But they do fine on treadmills in a fast walk of 4.5mph.
I know shoes, especially exercise shoes, should be alternated daily, but I have a tendency to wear these all the time. I should probably break down and buy another pair.

I am a 74 year old tennis player with no meniscus, no cartilage, bone-on-bone arthritis in both knees. I have been relegated to doubles play, no more singles. I had purchased a pair of Asics Gel Resolution 8's as they were touted as highly cushioned tennis shoes. Do not know how I happened on Hoka, had never heard of them. Never really thought about getting a pair of running shoes to play tennis in, but decided to pull the trigger on a pair of Bondi B's and then after reading some reviews decided to get a pair of Bondi 6's. What finds! They have enabled me to almost run again. They are so much softer, "cushiony", and lighter in weight than the Resolution 8's - simply head and shoulders above the 8's for me at my age and what I'm looking for. The B's and 6's absorb the pounding so much better. I think the 6's are ever-so-slightly softer/"cushiony" than the B's, but the B's might offer slightly better lateral movement.

First pair, bought them to go to Disney World in Feb. Put them on & they fit like a glove. These shoes saved my trip to DW, literally they were beyond what I had hoped for. Had to in a sense learn to walk in them, but I would buy another pair. They were just a bit narrow even being a size larger, rubbed a blister on both big toes but I never knew it until I saw it. I love these shoes...Period.
I'd also recommend:
Brooks, before the Hoka...

My girlfriend bought me my first pair about 6 months ago. They fit my slightly wide feet perfectly and the cushion is unmatched. I recommend them to everyone I know. I work in communications and standing/walking around all day long, often on rooftops on metal ribbed grates for cell. While my coworkers are complaining about the grates hurting their feet, I'm walking in luxury. Down time I'm active and I've never had better running shoes! They do wear in quickly so about 2 weeks ago I bought pairs 2 & 3 and I'm on this site now buying 4 & 5 because I love them THAT much

I Have never reviewed any product before. After going to my local running store for help with knee and foot pain, I was brought out several major brands of running shoes to compare. I have run in 3 brands over 9 years. As any runner knows we all experience injuries in the sport. Being down to my choice in shoes was the HOKA BONDI 6. I ran down the track in Big Peach store NO PAIN! I went back and put on the other brand I really wanted pain was back with only two steps. I went to the HOKA again no pain. Thank you HOKA for giving my running abilities back. After one week of running 4-5 miles on each run, I am pain-free and my pace is getting faster again. I have hope and joy in running again. Best shoe I have run in.

I don't usually write reviews but had to on these shoes. I have been going through different shoes like crazy trying to find "the one." I was a big Brooks supporter and mainly ran in the Ghost and Adrenaline but also tried the Asics Gel-Nimbus a while back. I went into our local running store and tried these on just to see what the hype was about. I was immediately sold on them. I ran a few miles on them at the gym and didn't want to get off of the treadmill. The comfort was something I had never experienced so I wanted to keep running. I can actually admit running was enjoyable again. They almost feel too comfortable but yet responsive at the same time. I went for my first run outside with them after logging about 20 miles on the treadmill. I usually have a pace around 8:20-8:30/mi. but logged a 7:52/mi. My legs felt great and I did not feel the ground pound like I get with the Brooks. I just bought a 2nd backup pair of the Bondi 6's...I'm loving these!
On a side note, I struggled with plantar fasciitis for about 2-3 years and had to completely stop running for one year after a mini marathon. I have not had any flare ups or pain in my heel after running in these. For those who have had PF, you know how painful it is. These shoes definitely help tremendously with keeping my feet happy.

This is my 5th pair of the Hoka Bondi 6 model. The two latest pair soles don't have the extra width the previous pair did and that's a plus. Comfort is great. I wear them to walk my dog about 5 miles each day they provide a good bounce to my step. My dog likes to walk fast so we set a good pace. They feel great right out of the box and seem to last longer than the Asics gel, my former shoe of choice .

First time wearing any shoe from Hoka One One. Was recommended by a friend who happens to be a doctor. Back stiffness/ pain went away while using it. Feels like walking barefoot on grass.

I just bought a pair of these and I love them. I have hard to fit feet and couldn't believe these feel great on my feet all day long. When I saw the price and thought, no way! Now I'm going to set aside a little $$ each month and buy another pair. This is a great shoe!

Springy. Got these on a recommendation of my podiatrist (Not the shoe itself but the rocker) for my Plantar Fasciitis. At first felt a little tight but not bad. Shoes are really springy in the step. wearing these more then any of my other shoes now, except on wet day (Washington State). No water resistance what so ever so dry days only. Would recommend these shoes.

I am a 70 year- old female with very bad feet. I recently purchased a pair of men's black Bondis in wide for a trip to London. Let me tell you, my feet never felt better. I walked all over the city from morning until night with no problems.
I see you make these shoes in white but not in a wide width. Please, please reconsider and make the white in a WIDE width as well!

After 2 months of plantar fasciitis, this show is getting me back into running. I love the cushion. It doesn't feel bulky nor heavy during my runs. I recommend it for your slow long days.

These shoes changed my life! But seriously, I recently had a bunionectomy, and was between these and the Altra Paradigm. I am so happy with the Bondi 6s! I was at first worried about the tight toebox of the bondi 6s, but it turned out my worries were not a problem. The cushioning took a little getting used to, or maybe it was just learning to run/walk again after my surgery, but these are the most cushioned pair of shoes! I love them, and have already bought a second pair!

oh oh oh what great shoes. I use orthos and they fit great. If you arthritic feet- look no further. The cushioning is the best! The material on the top of the shoe is forgiving so it moves with your foot. I was so happy I purchased 2 more pair. If you have walking or standing to do for any amount of time- these are the shoes to use. Wish they had more colors

I wear an 8 in Nike and was recommended same size in the Bondi 6. They wear a little big so returned and ordered 7.5 and they fit perfect. Love these shoes so far.
