I ordered 1/2 size larger than normal size but still could not get them on. Too small, too narrow. Look nice! Returning

Nice quality and price. Fit is true, I usually wear an 8 and these are very comfortable all day at work. Casual style. Suede, need to be sure you have a suede brush to keep them looking great but that is easy. My go-to boots for jeans.

I really wanted to love these but I didn't like the pointy toe and the fact that they made my feet look two sizes larger. Too bad because they are gorgeous shoes with a perfect neutral color (Olive).

These were nice, but I was looking for something a bit better looking. Kind of an okay bootie.

This boot has the footbed support I was looking for as well as cute style, but returned because top of boot hit right on ankle bone and was uncomfortable. I will try other Rockport styles though because of superior footbed support.

I tried several brands of booties and this was the only pair that fit my somewhat narrow foot without slipping on the heel. Comfortable right out of the box and at a good price point. They are not as stylish as they look in the photos. The “straps” are not actually straps, but just stitching. I think actual straps would have been a better look.

I am returning this bootie as it is very hard to get on even though it has a side zipper. I seems small for an 8, but maybe not as much as a half size smaller. Also, the strapping detail on the front of the boot really does not show. It is shorter than I realized and there would be a gap between the boot and leggings. Nice boot, just not what I was looking for.

First of all,I love the way look. Great color, but tight fit. Hard to get on, even with a shoehorn. The bottom of the boot is rather slick, but may be ok after wearing them awhile. Not sure I want to order a larger size and take the chance.

Very cute bootie, but I could barely get my foot inside. I usually wear a 9M but bought a 9.5M. They felt really tight and stiff around the ankle so I had to return them.

Ended up going with a black Softwalk bootie instead of this one. Side by side the comfort was just way better with the softwalk. I liked the style of this one though, and for the price, it is a good deal. Just don't need two black booties!

This was very narrow and I usually wear a medium width. I felt my toes hit the front in the size I normally wear.

So cute but so narrow! My medium feet couldn't fit in them, even with the zipper fully undone. So disappointed. Returned. I love Rockport though and will continue to buy that brand and buy from Zappos. Thanks for the free returns! Very helpful for those housebound.

I wear an 8 1/2 and that's what I ordered. These shoes are really cute but I couldn't even get my foot into them because of the way the zipper is placed. My Mom who is a full size smaller couldn't get this boot on either. Something just isn't right about them.

Could not get the boot on my foot. I seriously struggled for a good 6 minutes. Once it was on, it fit well, but not practical for daily use during the fall/winter. Return!
