Like others have said, the ankle strap is snug, but that's how the sandals stay on your feet. Otherwise they might run a little small - I wear a 6.5 or 7 and my toes are right at the end of the 7s. But they are cute and comfortable and I'm keeping them!

Purchased these shoes for my granddaughter they fit true to size and she absolutely loves them. They are comfortable and not very high. The sales person at Zappos was fabulous and they have a new customer for life.??

I’m a size 7.5 and ordered an 8. I was kinda worried about ordering these shoes because everyone was saying that the straps are too tight but I didn’t have that problem. These shoes are cute and they fit great on me. The only complaint I have is that the straps around my ankles are a little loose but other than that they are perfect.

Had to size up to an 11 like most Steven & Steve Madden sandals, but I love the look of these! The straps are snug, but should loosen. I little on the narrow side for my flat feet as the moderate arch support digs into my arch after a few hours of wear. All worth it for the overall style!!!

Bought for my daughter who is normally always an 8.5 so I ordered a 9 which fit perfect . Not sure why so many say the ankle is tight cause it's not tight and she doesn't have a small ankle. Super comfortable a d look great

Bought these for my 16-yr old daughter in her regular size, and she loves them. She said they’re comfortable and has taken them on her trip to Italy. Let’s see if it holds up on the cobbled streets of Rome.

Really cute! Normally wear an 8 but my toes hung over edge just a little. I would recommend ordering a half size up.

The size 8 fit great as top straps are elastic . I needed a pair of casual navy sandals to wear with a Tommy Bahama dress I bought for the beach, these were perfect without being too dressy or too casual . Love the macrame around bottom of sole.
