Gum soles are so dark, they look essentially as black as the shoe upper. I thought they sent the wrong item, but the SKU#s all matched. I'd be too afraid to buy off their website again, never know what's actually going to come. Two-stars instead of One-star because they were at my door within 24-hours. Incredible ship time.

I love Sambas and alway buy a black pair for everyday use and purchase the limited editions releases that I like (green & orange). This particular black pair was really disappointing. They squeaked really loudest when I wore them out of the box. I thought at first that perhaps Adidas changed the material for the shoes and I need to break them in. Unfortunately to my dismay, the squeaking got even louder and you can hear me 25 m away. So, now I'm stuck with a brand new pair of shoes that won't be worn because they squeak like I jumped into a pool with them on.

I feel Like I'm Franklin Saint from snowfall with this new pair of shoes.

Enough comfortable for short walk but I don't recommend for long distance walk

Obsessed with them, easy to match with, very stylish but the brown at the bottom of shoe is more black btw not that it changes how fab it is

They fit great and are reasonably priced. The last pair I bought has lasted for years of heavy abuse and I expect this pair will as well.
