The shoes are perfect, so comfortable. Zappos offers exchanges if things are not right but they give you such good information that exchanges not necessary for me. I bought these shoes for house but they feel so comfortable that I often forget to take off and end up walking out of the house with them on. This is the only downside I can see.

Great shoes! I have to have a 1 inch lift on one and they accommodated the lift really well. They are so light and easy to walk in.

Bought for my dad. He says they're very comfy for his 93 yr old feet and he likes the look. He walks all over town in them. Almost the only pair of shoes he wears.

They feel like they were custom made for me. The fit is perfect. They're the only slip-ons that don't have a heel-lift problem. They're warmer than the Equalizer Double Play, but not too warm.

These are my second pair, but the first ones are still in great shape after huge wear. I’m thinking of buying more just so I can have shoes that fit! Shoes that fit has always been a nightmare for me.
These even allowed my chronic plantar fasciitis to heal!!
