This was a chance purchase. I needed a new pair of shoes and went on a hunt on this site. I only picked this pair as there were reasonably priced and had a nice look. I went with the default options and found the width was too small. I could only get the shoe on 1/2 of the way. I contacted customer support and set up an exchange for a wider pair. The process was simple. Handled it though chat and received great support. I was going to add the persons name only to find I lost the paper where I wrote it down. The new pair slipped on without issues. They are comfortable and might be able to handle long hours of standing. I have not had a chance to test yet and I do notice a few feelings they might not be good for that. Overall, I like the shoes and thought the support for return was excellent.

I knew what I was getting. I tried them on and got them a couple days later from Zappos. I felt guilty using the Brick & Mortar but for 4 $20 less & free shipping. 5 freakin stars!

Incredibly comfortable. The mesh front is very flexible and for my purposes makes this one of the most comfortable shoes I own. Previously I tried to wear mesh athletic shoes which I found to be my most comfortable foot wear. Now I have another option for casual wear. I love the slip on feature despite the shoe looking like a typical tie shoe. I might buy a second pair in different color.
