I had a trainer is it recommended a six running shoes so I found a pair and went to size up and I'm using a running app to break me into running so I don't get shinsplints or any other problems and so far I'm very happy I ordered a size up and put in orthotic arts the ports and I'm running three days a week with the help of the app and this is my second week and so far so good !
I hope to do a 10K and that's with this app is helping me do, along with my ASICS!!

Comfortable right out of the box. I love the colors, the blue with the bright pink laces. I have worn Asics for years and these are as good as all my other Asics shoes. I lost my mind and ordered a Nike shoe that was awful. It was returned, thank you Zappos. I learned my lesson, stay with Asics.

I have difficulty finding shoes for my narrow feet. This shoe is very comfortable and I would recommend highly. It is a little wide on my feet but I get thicker socks and different inserts to help.
I'd also recommend:
Saucony is the other go to shoe. I look for shoes that are narrower in the style.

Great fit. The toe area was NOT too narrow. I don’t wear a wide size but the toe area on previous pairs of ASICS have been too narrow but that was not the case with these.

An OK shoe that looks nice and doesn't look worn at all after quite a few months. Then again, maybe I don't reach for these quite as often as my other sneakers. The shoe feels heavy and the sole feels rigid. My feet hurt after using these.
