I bought a second pair of Asics after tearing apart my colorful gel noosa tri that I used for 4 years; even when really worn out they were still my go to sneakers for comfort. I liked the style of the nimbus 20, but the tow box was to big for my narrow foot, and the cushion was a bit too much for me. so I returned them. I got the kayano's instead, and boy, I am so happy with them! I feel I can run around the world with them! If you want a good supportive shoe with not too much cushion but a good snug fit, this is it. Advice for management, make the Kayanos more colorful.

I love this shoe. I usually wear an 11 1/2 but read reviews and ordered a 12. The toe box was more rounded than my previous pair of ASICS, giving me plenty of room for my big toe, bunion, and the orthotic I wear in my left shoe. The laces were long enough as well.

Love these shoes. I over pronate and they are great for this issue. I could stay in them all day!

Light weight, so comfortable. Wider toe box (bunion issue), narrow heal. Perfect. These are worth the extra $$.

I love these shoes. I've been looking for a running/walking shoe with more support than Nikes and finally found a great pair. I'm usually an 11, but had to return for a 10 1/2. With my arch supports that I added to these, they are perfect. Super comfortable and cute (I have the grey). Definitely worth the money.

I have to wear very uncomfortable steel toe shoes for my job and it started to give me plantar fasciitis. I could barely walk when I got home and avoided going anywhere so I could rest my feet. I bought these because they were recommended for that problem and almost instantly my feet stop hurting. I have worn them for about a year now. They have helped a lot. Any other pair seems to hurt after a while but these ones don't. I'm usually 9 or 9.5 and the 9.5 fit the best.

I've had these 2 weeks. I put my orthotic inserts in them and I wear them everyday, pretty much all day. I don't run or jog - I have arthritis and overpronation and have had 2 partial fasciotomies, one in each foot! You wouldn't know I have any foot problems though. I am walking normally! No limp, fast or slow and I'm logging 7000 steps a day. I know it's not much for a younger person (I'm 65) but I'm happy. Looking to get to 5 miles a day in the next couple months. I got the blue. It's more of an electric blue than I wanted but I got matching socks and they look great!

I wore Asics for years because of Plantar Fasciatis and after my feet felt so good, I chose to try other options. WELL, I'm back. My feet got to hurting again and I thought I was going to have to go back to the podiatrist. I ordered these shoes, put my orthodox in them and my feet are back to feeling 100%. Won't change from now on and will be sticking with the best shoe I have ever found. Thank you

Yes! I have been waiting for these to go back to the roomier toe box. The 21s were my favorite and then the toe box got narrower and narrower with the 22s and 23s. Love the 25s.

So far so good. I have wide feet and with the new version my arches and toes don't cramp due to the bigger toe box compared to the 22s. Thank you! I've been buying Kayano's since the 18s and the 22s were so bad I couldn't use them. If I did, I had to stop half way through a workout and take them off due to foot cramps. I was so close to abandoning Asics until these saved the day. Now, hopefully, the soles won't split like the 21 and 22s eventually did....

The toe box is easy on the toes. I bought a pair in gray, which I really like. This shoe offers more support and cushioning than the Brooks shoe I bought earlier, which I also like. While the Brooks is very comfortable, it doesn't give enough support on days when I walk 3-4 miles.

Wore Asics for thirty years, and a few years ago had prwith them and moved to Saucony hurricane. Once I saw Asics getting 4+ stars again, instead of barely three on their Gel Kayanos, I purchased these....love them!

I have worn Asics gel-kayano’s for a long time. I am not a runner but am on my feet on concrete most of the day. I bought my first pair at a shoe store that recommended them. They fit perfectly and were very comfortable right out of the box. Then they changed the style and suddenly my toes were all squished. I probably have borderline wide feet. So I tried others but I still longed for the old shoe. I saw they went back more to the old style so just got my new pair. Love them. My usual shoe size is 10 and I took a 10 medium. The toe box is wider again. The heel fits well. Light and comfortable right out of the box. I wish they were less expensive, but if there’s one thing I have learned about athletic shoes, you get what you pay for.

Love these shoes. Got the gray. My foot is super hard to fit and I have foot problems from a job where I was on my feet all day for 12years. I have heel spurs on both heals and have a history of recurrent severe plantar fasciitis. These shoes are wonderful. I have a narrow heel and my toes like freedom due to my dancing barefoot. I love ASICS in general, but these are the best I’ve tried. Well worth the money. I buy very few shoes, but when I do I get good ones. These are exceptional. My foot runs on the narrow side of a medium width. Any yay no irritating decorative strips near my toes or side of my foot! I’m mainly using these for walking in the urban jungle with my dog. I walk on grass and gravel too. Really like the padding in the tongue and heel. I put in an hard plastic orthotic underneath the insole for extra arch support. It get these from a local running shoe store and they are not custom. I wear a 7 and they visual look for a light shoe is not bad at all. If anything the appear narrow.

I ordered the same size I wear in other running shoes and it was perfect. I ordered the gray and I was happy to find that there is a hint of a salmon color you can see through the top layer of gray. Makes them a little more interesting than just gray. These shoes are extremely comfortable out of the box. I have high arches and suffer from plantar fasciitis and these have actually helped give me some relief after running from the pain I’ve had with other running shoes. These are worth every penny.

I'm not sure what photo will go with my review, but the ones I got were grey with a red accent on the sole. That is the only thing I didn't like about them: the color. Somehow this solid grey looks very masculine and makes the shoe look bigger. But it was the least garish of my color choices, and because the shoe fits and wears like a glove, I am keeping it. My feet are medium-width size 10 women's. This shoe is super comfortable right out of the box. I wore them all around the house for several days just to be sure, and they are working great. Like pretty much any trainer I buy, the insole doesn't have enough arch support for me, so I wear Super Feet green insoles. This ASICS had a removable insole, and my Super Feet inserts fit in there just fine.

Love this shoe especially the new color and the narrow (2A) width. My workouts are strenuous so I really need this strong and durable shoe that is really light! Much better fit than the Kayano 24 so thanks. Hope you can do more colors and Black in the 2A.

I only wear ASICS for running. These sneakers are amazing. The toe box is a little larger then last pair. It’ s a good thing for me. I have a narrow foot, and like room in the toe box. There was no break in period, comfort from the time I put on. Zappos is amazing! The first pair had a defect and they sent a new pair out right away.

I have very narrow feet and these fit perfectly. I walk about 4 miles a day and these feel great. I get a new pair every year. I just wish they had more than one color in narrow.

I have been wearing this model of shoe for several years. I have really bad feet and I need to replace them every 4-6 months. I work out 4 days per week for 50 minutes. I bought the $170 pair a year and a half ago and they lasted me over a year. I thought my feet were better so the last time I bought the same model, but the $90 pair. I don’t know what the difference is, but my feet started hurting again and I replaced them within three months. I went back to the $170 pair and my feet have stopped hurting. They seem to look exactly the same. I don’t know why the more expensive (same model) are better for my feet. I thought they were the same, just newer version. But my feet know the difference.
