Very comfortable. Plenty of cushion and support.

Everyone said to order up 1/2 size and I did. Kept them, but should have gone with my normal size 8. Wide toe box...maybe a little too wide, Better with my own orthotics inside!

Looking for a new running shoe, since my long time NB standby has changed in the latest iteration. These are great and come in peppy colors. They have a removable insole to accommodate my orthotics and I am really happy with how supportive and comfortable they are right out of the box!

Asics Gel-Kayano is my go-to style of athletic shoes. I walk a lot and they are very comfortable, and provide me space to move and support my ankles and arches. I love them. There are always several different colors to choose from.

In Asics I vary from 10.5 - 11M, sometimes wanting a Wide if it's a narrow design. Right now I'm trying 4 different Asics, so I can find the right replacement to my beloved Gel Nimbus 17's (10.5 M). So with these Kayano 25's I first ordered the 11M and to my surprise they were too big in the toe box and were lighter in the side support so my foot slid around a bit even with my own cushioned insole placed inside. But I like this Mint Sea Glass color so I re-ordered in 10.5M and found them just right. (I also found the Gel Excite 6 in 11M to fit just right, but the Kayano 24 in 11M was too small and narrow all over). Looks like ASICS is making a comeback. This shoe reminds me of the awesome ASICS Nimbus 18. I opted for a 1/2 size up and in a wide and it fits and feels great (in Brooks shoes I don’t need a wide). Thanks Zappos!

I ordered these and the Gel Excite 6, both in 11M. My true size is really 10.5M or maybe W, but I add my own extra cushioned insoles and usually find I need the extra room to make the combination work. The Gel Excite 6 with my inserts worked perfectly and had the slight but of support up the sides with the rubber vinyl print. These Kayano 25s were actually bigger in the toes, and no support up the sides, so my foot slid around a bit. Because I love this Sea Glass color that's hard to find, I'm going to try the smaller 10.5 instead and see if I can make it work. If the Gel Excite 6 came in this color I would just get more of those. I will say my all time favourite Asics were the Gel Nimbus 17 with the Gel layers front and back, super comfy and wore them to death for 3 years. Now I'm trying to recreate that but have to add cushioned sole inserts to get the same all day wearability.

Really pleased with the wider toe box and narrow heel. Stabilization was not overbearing despite the fact that I generally prefer a more neutral shoe.

I liked these so much I bought another pair in a different color. Good shoe box, support, and finally some Gel that feels like the old Asics styles. I sent back 3 different styles before I ended up with these. Thank you Zappos for fast delivery and easy returns:)

I work as a nurse and need supportive shoes. Have worn the Kayano for years and love them.

These shoes are great for someone with a narrow foot. I have wider feet due to bunions so they did not work for me.
