The toe of the shoe is very roomy. The length is true to size; however, the arch and heel is very narrow.

I really wanted these to work! I actually liked the look of the shoe and the initial feel. However it became quickly evident that there was not enough support for me. But I do have multiple foot issues and really do not blame this on the shoe. On the plus side I got the Extra wide due to my neuropathy and there was no slippage in the heel and it gave me the width I needed.

I have waited 4 yrs for this new Dyad. The toe box is great. The Dyad cushioning is missing. Don't care for the narrow midfoot and it also hurts the top of my foot. Feels to tight.

I wear an 8w and they didn't fit in width. Needed to order the extra wide and the color is not great. Disappointed. Wish they would go back to the comfort and fit of dyad 8.

Not as much cushion as I need. I've had True Cadence, and Glycerin, both of which were much better cushioning and support. I'm disappointed. I've only had them a couple of weeks. My feet already burn in certain areas, which usually doesn't happen until the shoes are worn. I walk on roads, approximately 15 miles/week. So I need good shoes to protect my feet. Considering returning them.

These shoes are very comfortable when you slip them on and step down. I had a lot of pain however only after a short time of running. The wide seemed to fit well but did not turn out to be comfortable at all. I can't wear these shoes anymore because they hurt so bad on the outer edge of the foot. My foot doesn't seem to be pushing out so I don't know what the issue is. I tried wearing them a few more times to try breaking them in, but it just seems to be getting worse.

Have worn 9 W (wide) in Brooks Ghost for years--tried the Dyad b/c Ghost 12 seems to have less support than previous versions. The 9W in the Dyad was so snug in the toe box my toes got numb after a few hours (I just wore them around the house to test). I did not actually run in them so I can't speak to the function. I am returning them.

The soles seem thinner than in the past; it doesn't feel like there's as much support in these shoes.

Nice cushioning, true to size for me. The sole was WAY too stiff. Felt like I was walking in wooden clogs. No cutout in back for Achilles.

Brooks has no concept of wide width. I ordered these in EE, and they are more narrow than most regular Ds. The footbed seems very comfortable and the color is great, but I can hardly get my feet into them. I wish they actually made wide shoes!

Omg what did you do to this show. It is not a dead. Its hard as a rock. Wide in front and sole material not the same. Have you ever heard the say if it isn't broken don't fix it. No more Brooks for me. Criminal

I have given brooks so many chances , they haven’t made a decent neutral shoe for orthotics since the dyad 8. I got new orthotics, that fit in all shoes, I was excited to wear the dyad , I ordered my usual size and the left shoe was longer then the right! Heel slippage too. Returned. New balance is my go to now

Too much heel slippage. Got new orthotics and they fit in all shoes but the dyad heel slipped. Never had this problem with the dyad 8

I've worn Saucony running shoes for years but decided to try a different brand. Based on the reviews these seemed to be a good fit since I have a wide forefoot and a narrow heel. These turned out to be the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn. The arch support was punishing and the forefoot was too narrow. I'm returning them and going back to Saucony.
