The shoes fit great but I do have one BIG complaint-- The shoe laces are short and I can barely tie a bow!! I'm going to have to call and see if i can get longer laces--

These are the most comfortable sneakers I have owned to date.

This was my first time purchasing a Brooks shoe. I am feeling that it might be only Brooks from now on.

Good looking shoe with good support & cushion. Fit true to size & was wide enough for my foot with bunion. Only problem was my heel hurt after walking 20 minutes on treadmill. Guess I need to stick with my Glycerins.

I love these shoes! I only got them yesterday but I have been wearing them all day today and they are super comfortable. Just the right amount of arch support, no need to break them in, and the fit is very true to size.

These are perfect right out of the box! I wore them for a 12 hour shift the same day they arrived and they fit great!

I have worn Brooks for years including the Glycerin series and several of the Ghost series. My most recent pair is a Ghost 10. I read through the reviews on the Ghost 11 since it did not have a five-star review... so I ordered a pair of the Neuro 3. When I put them on, I noticed what appeared to have been a defect in the toebox so I returned them immediately. I decided to go ahead and order the Ghost 11 (in Ebony/Oyster/Wild Aster). I am extremely glad I did so. They arrived, I removed them from the box, put them on, and they were just like all of the other Ghost series I have worn. They felt great immediately. Yes, there have been a few changes from the Ghost 10... but nothing that impacted my feeling or opinion about the 11. I agree that manufacturers do us no favors by changing things up when they have a product that is already successful... but they will keep doing it.

These shoes feel a little shorter in overall length. However they are very comfortable. I have a history of plantar faciaitis and these make my feet happy:) I bought the navy and wear them to work with navy uniforms. The color combination is great. They also look good with my jeans. They do squeak on wet chatahoochee pavement.

The pink color Ghost 11 is one of the ugliest shoes I have ever owned BUT they immediately helped my insertional achilles tendonitis, so that's a low price to pay. I ordered the black and blue colors once I knew these would work - only 3 colors offer a size D to fit my wide feet.

I love this shoe. I work long hours and on my feet the majority of it these shoes give good support and don’t hurt at all. Love love love

True to fit & size! I just love Brooks! I have very sensitive feet & Brooks are the only shoes I've ever worn that fit like a dream from day-one & require zero "break in". I love the marshmallow-soft heel collar! They are supportive & grippy for aerobics as well as perfectly comfy for just walking around! The best! A+

I was looking for a comfortable shoe for power walking with a bad bunion. Love these shoes! Great support and plenty of room around my bunion. Highly recommend

I have a difficult time finding shoes that don't hurt my toes. These shoes are so comfortable! They are wide enough so that I don't get blisters between my toes, and the toe box is tall enough so that my big toes aren't rubbing the top of the shoe. I am so happy to have found them.

I have.a narrow heel and need a big toe box and this shoe fits perfect. It's very comfortable!

I have been using the Brooks Glycerin shoe for years. I liked the older ones, and got a new pair. They're ok, but weren't as comfortable as my others (or as good looking). I have a wide foot, with a small bunion, and overall just have bad feet. I LOVE these shoes! The toe box is wide enough to be very comfortable (I got the wide size), and they're awesome with my Balega hidden comfort socks. And I'm really happy that they're actually cute shoes even though they're in a wide size! I wish all the colors come in wide. I work out at Orange Theory Fitness, and these shoes are absolutely perfect.

I love love love my new running shoes! I feel more inclined to go on runs now just because these shoes are so great... I have high arches, so getting the right amount of support can be challenging. They are incredibly light, have a wide toe to allow for toes to spread. I did have to go a half size up, which is normal for running shoes.. It's crucial to allow space for when you are running down an incline so that your toes don't rub up against the shoe and give you blisters or ingrown toe nails! The style is OK, but when it comes to running it's function over fashion for sure. Also, Zappos customer service is THE BEST ever. Nicest people in the game.

I have been were Brooks Ghost and this pair felt more snug in the the toe box compared to previous versions. I am going to order up a half size.

Very comfortable! Perfect fit! I wear my Brooks 12 hours a day-can't do that with just an "average" show. These are the best!

Love these!

I absolutely LOVE these shoes! My first pair of Brooks, and I can honestly say I may never buy a different brand!! My knees and hips were killing me after my first week on the treadmill and in the gym! Have not had any problems since! After my continued praise of the shoes, 2 of my friends have also purchased a pair, and love theirs just as well!!

I usually wear hokas and wanted to try something different. I have very high arches and these have great support for my treadmill running

Love these. They fit well and have plenty of room for my toes but are not too long. My feet sometimes swell a bit when I’m working out but these shoes seem to be able to accommodate that.

Very cushy, snazzy, and stretchy laces that stay put when tied. For me, for running, I don’t want quite so much cushion and they felt a tad bulky compared to what I’m used to.

I was choosing between these and the GTS 19, and decided I liked these best - very comfortable and great room in the toe box. Great cushion as well as support.
