I ordered a size 8 wide and had to return them. I have high arches and the front of my foot is pretty square. The right shoe wasn’t wide enough and my big toe kept rubbing. I’m ordering a size 8 1/2 to see if that works, because I love everything else about the shoe. Thanks to Zappos for making that so easy. Only recommendation would be to get my money refunded faster (like Amazon does).

I work as LP so I'm on my feet walking and running, all day! These shoes are so comfy! The inside to around the ankle is so soft and plush. The shoes strings are awesome, they have some stretch so you don't have all that extra shoelace hanging down or a huge stupid bow! I can't wait to try the levitate. I was hardcore Under Armour then Hoka but these are my new go to.

I placed the order on Saturday. They showed up Monday afternoon. Nice. I went for an easy 3 mile run in them today and they feel fabulous!

Originally ordered a 7.5 which I normally wear in athletic shoes but needed the 8. As advertised, these are comfortable right out of the box. The 12mm differential is a godsend too. I no longer run but walk many miles daily and it seems harder and harder to find something that fits and is this comfortable - (especially as my feet have aged) but this shoe seems a dream come true. If the shoe fits, buy it and maybe need 2 pairs of this style, they're that comfortable. Thank you to Zappos for your excellent service and great sense of humor.

Had a pair of ghost style Brooks but this new style is amazing! When they feel THAT good out of the box!

Felt great right out of the box. Ran with them, no blisters or cramps. Extremely comfortable!

These shoes feel great. They are more cushioned than my other Brooks. Initially I was worried about slipping heels until I moved the laces on the upper most holes to the lateral hole. After moving the laces outward I had no more slippage.

I'm an 8.5 in dress and 9 in athletic shoes, so learning the brooks tend to run on the snug side compared to other shoes, I originally went up to a 9.5. The 9.5 ended up feeling like a marshmallow wrapped around my foot and was just to much for running. Back to a 9 and the fit was perfect. The shoe has great toe room on both side and top, and the shoe overall feels sturdy but flexible. Love the cushion and can now enjoy running either uphill or down. I would have preferred an all black running shoe, but the black one here looked too frumpy so went with the bright white, pink, and turquoise.

The Brooks Ghost shoes have been my go-to running sneakers since I started running a couple of years ago. Great support and light enough for the pavement. I pair them with cushion socks for long runs since I stopped changing the insoles.

The fit and size were perfect. I am a walker and have worn running shoes for year for walking for exercise and for exercise videos. This is my second pair of Brooks Ghost. So light and comfortable.

This is my second pair of Brooks Ghost 11. If you have average arches I think the support of the Ghost 11 would be sufficient. I’ve added custom orthotics since I have one high and one average arch. The laces stay tied but as another reviewer stated they do twist (a pet peeve of mine). I’ve learned to live with that because everything else about the show is perfect for me.

I'm a 66 year old runner and I have very high arches. I've tried many, many running shoes over the years, but the Ghost 11's are my favorite. I think this is my third or fourth pair of Ghosts in the past two years. I will keep on buying them as long as they make them.

I have always worn Asic sneakers but I was advised to try Brooks because of my plantar fasciitis. I ordered an 11 wide almost 4 months ago and they are still going strong. From the moment I put them on, they felt like I was walking on a cloud and my arches were perfectly supported. I just ordered a second pair for when these eventually wear out. I love the color and that they come in wide. For someone with big, wide feet, I was so relieved to find sneakers that feel so good to walk and run in! I highly recommend them! And as always, Zappos has incredibly fast shipping, I got them the next day!

I bought these for work as an RN. I already owned the same pair in a different color, so I knew they would be just perfect! Best shoes I have ever owned! Great support, great comfort, and my feet hurt less than any other shoes I have purchased. My order shipped fast and accurately! And they came at a great deal!!!!!! I was very impressed with Zappos!

I usually wear a 7 1/2 WW (the size 7 1/2 W was a tad short in this sneaker). The 8W is perfect. No breaking in needed. My feet are under pronation and this sneaker was recommended. Wow what a great fit and feel. I use to stand in the kitchen cooking and baking and my back would hurt. I wear these all the time now and no backaches. Never realized I should have gotten shoes directed to my pronation. I will look for shoes for under pronation feet for now on. Looking forward to wearing these sneakers throughout hiking vacation.

Fits just like expected. I wear a size 5 and really appreciate that Zappos carries this size because many other sellers do not (excluding Brooks). Love the style and wish they had more colors!

I really like this shoe. I wear a 9 or 9.5 and have to order wide in any workout shoe. These are a nice fit; I ordered a 9.5 Wide. I don't like the color of the shoe at all. It's pink and black and teal. I hate pink; however, there were only 3 colors in the wide. The shoe is supportive and well padded.

These were great right out of the box. I had been needing a running shoe with a little more cushion, and this shoe delivered. Fit and size were perfect, too. As usual, Brooks does not disappoint!

I got these after reading many positive online reviews. I'm not a runner, but I needed a new pair for exercise, walking, etc. These shoes fit perfectly. I have bunions and sometimes have trouble finding a good fit, but the wide width size was perfect. Not the most attractive shoes I've ever owned, but I love them! `

Have bought Brooks Glycerin for several years now because of the very roomy toe box. I got the navy/grey/purple rose color, which is a heavier mesh. It lasts longer and my big toes don't wear through. Great cushioning in the footbed.

These shoes are perfect! I’ve worn the Ghosts for years, and these do not disappoint! Very comfortable and a nice bright color.

Love Brooks and the sleek black ebony color of the Ghost 11. So glad they carry wide sizes in this color--super roomy and comfortable for those with (smallish) bunions. Only downfall is that these are the worst shoe laces.
