This shoe is even cuter in person! I love how the shoe looks, however the inside tongue is so uncomfortable. I read other reviews saying the same thing but still wanted to buy. But don’t waste your time. There is a seam around the tongue that digs into the top of your foot and is impossible to wear. :(

Very Comfortable shoes. Look like sneakers but a bit dressier. Good arch support. Quality made.

Much better arch support in these than other converse-type tennies. They are cute and comfortable! I normally wear a size 10; the 41-42 was too big so I ordered down to the 39-40 and that fits well!

Able to wear right out of the box - 3 days walking/standing on concrete. Usually wear size 6.5 and based on other reviews, got a 6 and was a perfect fit with a light/medium weight foot sock. Laces are a flat ribbon, and stayed tied the entire time. Comfy and cute.

Perfect right out of the box! Great support with a soft, supportive feel. They "walk" smooth and easy. I love them!

These pair of Ecco shoes feels slightly larger and wider than other pairs that I own. They are not as comfortable as other similar style shoes due to patent-leather trim on the inside tongue. I decided to keep them due to style - very versatile, goes well with dressed, dress pants and jeans!

I have 3 pair of ECCO'S and they never disappoint. Style is right there, always and they never go out of style. They always make a great statement. Perfect for me.

I like this shoe so much I have it in three different colors. I purchases this black one because I have been wearing the black one I have from last year so much that I wanted to make sure I had another pair for when it wears out. This model is slightly different in styling from last year's which had an all-black patent toe cap and quilted sides. But this one has a similar look although it has less black patent and stitched, rather than quilted sides. It still fits great, provides good support and is very good for walking. I'm glad I was able to find it here.

Loved the shoe but a bit too big for me. I had to return.

Nice looking shoe and very comfortable. I plan to wear them on a trip next month and know they will be good for my walking feet!

Cute shoe. Love the light color. Fits well without heel sliding.

Cool sneaks. Arch support and comfort without the frumpiness of a traditional walking shoe. I tried these on a whim and can’t believe how pleased I am. Comfortable right out of the box. Laces for a perfect fit. No heel slippage. The shiny trim really dresses them up; pair with jeans or a dress and walk all day. I have problem feet and usually wear New Balance so I can insert my orthotics but I can wear these for hours at a time, without orthotics, no problem. Enjoy.

I have many Ecco Soft 7 sneakers - this one is a bit stiffer than my others, but I am hoping it will loosen up over time - they are cute though!

When I first opened the box and saw these sneakers I was very happy, they are really cute. Perfect for getting the causal/dressy look without wearing a bulky sneaker but still be comfortable. I wear anywhere from 7.5-9( depending the style and maker). In sneakers I like how an 8.5 fits but with European brands it is either a 38 or 39. I would love a 38.5 but nevertheless I went with the 38. Too tight. My toes were sooshed in the front. Sadly they went back.

I have been looking for an attractive black "sneaker" for a while for European travel. Unfortunately, while this shoe fit most of my criteria the seam on the toe box dug into my toes when walking so I had to send them back.

I take a size 9.5. This shoe simply does not fit. it's supposed to be 9-9.5. I wish Ecco would make the half size. So silly to think a shoe that fits 9 will also fit 9.5. It does not. too bad, I like the look.

I really like this shoe, if fact, ordered it twice. One size too small, the other too big. Because i needed an orthotic, the toe box would not accommodate .

I have very odd feet, slightly wider in the toe area but very narrow heels. I first purchased a size 38- very short and tight even with very thin socks(nylon). So I returned and got a size 39. Depending on brand/maker I can wear anywhere from 8 to 9 ( I know that is very wide range). In running shoes I wear a 8.5 W or 9 w depending on brand. In dress shoes probably an 8 m except a point mule then 8.5 m. So I was very happy when I got these. Very Cute. But they were extremely uncomfortable and the heel gapped so much that it looked awful. I was sad to return them but if they hurt in the house they certainly were not going to feel any better outside.

Unfortunately there was something wrong with the stitching on the tongue on the left shoe. It was uncomfortable no matter socks, no socks or anything. I think this pair needs to be retired and not put back into circulation. Ordered another pair to see if problem was just these. It was.

Thought the shoe was stylish however the tongue came up to high on my foot and rubbed on the front of my ankles. Had to send them back because of this.

Super cute shoe, but the seam on the top of toe area cut into my toes when I first put them on. Otherwise, these would be great shoes. But I am returning. Went with seamless version Ecco shoe instead.

Ordere the 39 and had to return because they were too big. I wear size 8. Did not order smaller size because the tongue of this shoe was very inflexible, seemed to jab into the top of my foot. Otherwise the style is cute. Wish they had fit better and were softer.

These are so cute but I gad to return them. They were a little too big for me. Not very tru to size. Very disappointed because I liked them.

The show was not advertised as wide, but when I removed the insole, I saw that the shoe was marked "extra width." This was the case with all 3 pairs of ECCO shoes I ordered. I liked the extra width in the toe box, but the heel was so wide, it wouldn't stay on. Also the inside of the shoe had lots of hard edges. I thought the shoes were attractive, but given the fit and comfort issues, I returned them. Also, one of the shoe laces on the pair I received had a busted tip, making it had to lace and prone to fraying.

I’ll be returning as they are too big.
