I bought these for a trip to Paris knowing that we would be doing a ton of walking. It took a few wearings to break them in and soften them up but once I did, they became the most comfortable walking shoe I've found. I live in Boston and walk everywhere so these are my go to shoe. My only wish is that they came in a bright metallic or blush or white for wearing during the summer!!!

Love these! I wore them twice before bringing them to Italy and my feet have been happy all week. Did not hurt my bunions. Felt like pillows. Worked in a light rain. Pretty color and dressier than basic sneakers. I walked 10-20 miles per day and they didn’t let me down. The only negative was they are difficult to put on and take off and I have to both unzip and untie. Weird, but well worth it. Buy them!

Leather like butter, zipper for quick on and off - love the shoe but it’s not quite wide enough for my custom orthotic. Boo! Back it goes.

These are gorgeous shoes! Beautiful leather and very well made. Comfortable and I like the convenience of a zipper along with the tie. I’m returning these, sadly, because they are just a tiny bit too big which causes one heel to slip. I think a half size smaller would be a little too short for one foot. I wish these would have worked for me!

I absolutely adore these shoes. They are great looking and so darn comfortable it’s unreal. They look terrific on. I flipping love Ecco and Zappos is THE BEST. The matte black leather is supple and the zip is genius. My laces can be perfect forever! The arch support is dreamy for my problem feet (chronic foot pain and bilateral bunionectomy). I may need to order the morillo.

Wow! What a comfortable shoe! Changed laces to a contrasting yellow/brown workboot lace and it improved the overall appearance of the shoe tremendously. Already received a couple compliments on them and I just got them yesterday!!

Soft leather makes this perfect dressy casual shoe!

I really love these shoes! They are cute and have great support! The side zippers make getting them on and off a breeze. I am returning only because I found them for cheaper on another site. But I would recommend.

I refuse to buy a shoe that does not fit "like butter" the first time I try it on. At first, this shoe was moderately snug to the point that I thought I might have to send them back. However, after I wore them around the house for a few hours, they loosened up a bit and now they indeed fit like butter. These shoes provide excellent support and are very, very comfortable. The black leather is a fine quality and give this sneaker an updated, almost professional appearance. I hope they last a long time. I now own several pairs of Ecco shoes and plan to continue buying them for the excellent quality and comfort.

Fit great and are super comfy while still being supportive.

Ecco is my go to brand for sneakers since suffering from painful foot ailments. This is a beautiful black leather sneaker that looks good and feels true to size. I have always used a size 38. I have a medium width foot. I did not keep them as I was looking for something that was waterproof with a bit more insulation and sole grip for a winter trip to Europe. I opted to go with the Ecco Exostrike GORE-TEX that is similar in looks but had the added features that I needed.

I got the maroon color and I love them. Get lots of compliments and super comfortable! OH and Zappos is super fast shipping!!

Soft leather, wide fitting, love the color but exchanging for black only because it will be more practical. The comfiest show I have tried on in a long time.

Súper stylish and comfortable

Loved the shoe but had to return because the back was higher than most shoes and rubbed my achilles.

I have quite a few shoes in this brand and I have been looking for a sneaker/dress shoe. My husband has several like that where they are leather and classy but with a sneaker sole and feel. This shoe is as close to his as I could find and it did not disappoint. I would rather a bit more cushy feel, but that is not common with Ecco and that is totally fine. The zipper pull is ok, the only downfall is the fact it hits my shoe when I walk and makes me feel like the shoe lace has come undone. Great shoe with leggings or workout pants as well as jeans. Would recommend these to anyone who needs something classier than a tennis shoe.

I purchased the black pair. Great looking alternative to athletic trainers! Walked all over Paris in comfort! New favorite casual sneaker!

This is a very sturdy shoe with lots of support which is what I want. Feels a little stiff but I think after a while they will soften with use. Keeping them.

I really wanted these to feel good as they are super nice shoes and were the style I was looking for. But, the high back at the heel stabbed into my ankle and would have given me blisters. :(

So disappointed. I have many Ecco sandals that I love that are comfortable and fit perfectly, so I was surprised at the snug fit of these sneakers. I am a size 10 and I ordered a 41. My toes came to the end of the sneaker and the sneakers were too narrow, despite my having a pretty narrow foot. The style is really nice and they look very well made so I was disappointed to send them back.

I’m usually between a 9-9.5-10. These were too small. Can’t really say that I would have even liked them if they fit. Just didn’t like the way they looked. Too “orthopedic.”

I really wanted this shoe to fit, but blast it, it was too narrow and short. And unfortunately, this particuar style didn't come in a 43. I tried several other Ecco athletic shoes and they were all too narrow.
