I bought these great wedges in the stripe... I love Dolce Vita as a brand but was afraid that this thick platform would be heavy/clunky, hard to walk in.. instead it is light and fits well and comfortable to wear.

I have a large foot (size 10) so I'm always skeptical about clumpy clog like shoes like these, however, I'm delighted with how cute they look on and the fact that they are not at all heavy, as might be expected. They're not the best choice if you're walking around all day, but for most other purposes work quite well. Dolce Vita has been all over the map with quality and style but this year has had some really great choices and I bought 6 pairs of this brand in different styles. Overall, I'm very pleased with these shoes.

I'm loving Dolce Vita styles this year! This brand can be hit or miss, though... the big discount shoe places and Target, etc. have different and less well made options of this brand; Zappos always has the best choices. I thought this would be a clunky, heavy platform but is actually quite light and easy to walk in. Love them.

Couldn't wait for these to arrive but darn, don't like them on. I am on the quest to find fun dress shoes for a trip to Europe and these are not it! Hard foot bed, and the leather pad is so slippery, my foot slides when walking, and the detailed sticking on the footbed might rub after wearing them for a while. They also feel "clompy" not girly... so they are going back.
