Good transitional shoe for fall weather. Material is on the thicker side, nice casual style with good support.

I usually wear a 9 but this size 9 felt really small and tight - narrow. I had to return it.

These shoes look really cute, but they felt so thin, like they wouldn't hold up for long. They also came with overly thick removable insoles that were so big they were uncomfortable, even though I have high arches. When I removed the insoles, the sole of the shoes on their own had almost no cushion at all. So, if you want these to look cute and wear on days when you're not walking or standing much, they'd work, but don't buy them for an active day.

Cute but ran too wide for me but my foot is a little narrow. I'm between a 7.5 and 8 and based on other reviews i ordered an 8.5. It felt too lose so i'm sending back and continuing my search.

I just want to say that these are super cute. But unfortunately they didn't work out for me. The insole (which is removable) has fantastic arch support. But I have flat feet and I could tell after walking around inside my house for a few minutes, that they were going to make my (flat) arches hurt. Also I followed everyone's advice and went up a half size. When I first put them on I thought they might be a bit too big but after a few minutes the size seemed just *ok*. Between the arch problem and the in-between sizing, I just decided to send them back.

These shoes were really cute but in the couple of minutes I wore them around the house they really bit into my heels. Had to return.

Loved the look and support of this shoe. I did have to break the shoe in to get is stretched out enough to use my own insoles. It seems a bit smaller than a size 8 and fits more like a snug 7.5, good thing I went up a size. I would not reorder due to the construction on the heel area on the right side. The left shoe is perfect, the right has a knot raised just slightly above the rest of the stitching at the top of the heel. I can't cut it off without damaging the heel stitching. I cannot wear these without tall socks without the knot rubbing my heel raw and it still irritates my skin some days. Unfortunately I had no way of knowing this until I wore them all day so I cannot return. Still love my boots from Taos but these shoes weren't as well constructed and I wouldn't buy this style again.

I have several pairs of Taos boots and shoes. I love them. The comfort, support and sizing is perfect for all day walking. They are all a European size 37. I thought it was weird that this sneak wasn't sized the same, but I chose a 6.5. My normal US size is a 6. They are really small for me and do not seem at all similar to my other Taos shoes. However, the insole is the same. The support is great. But I dont even think a larger size would work in this style. It doesnt seem like the brand I know and love.

These shoes are super cute, they make my feet look small (I'm a size 9), and they are very lightweight. However, I opted to return these shoes. Although the shoe tops are padded, the angle applied uncomfortable pressure against my ankle bones. These shoes also have no arch support, so I recommend using your preferred inserts. I also have a pair of the Taos Star and they are extremely comfortable (also sold via Zappos). I recommend these over the Taos Top Star.

I bought these after looking for wide toe boxed shoes for arthritic/sensitive toes. These looked great. The size works, but the toes box is NOT big. The seams fell right on my toes and they HURT. Not sure how these can pass for wide toe box. Returning them.

This is the second DAMAGED pair I have received. Side note Size 8.5 & 9 measure the exact same across the bottom.

These shoes are small...I ordered up a full size but they were still too tight. Also felt an oddly placed bump in the sole that I think was meant to be an arch support. Perhaps it felt oddly placed due to the sizing being off. No complaints about the army green color...just much too tight.
