I was very disappointed when I received this shoe. In viewing it on line it looked like a shoe i would enjoy wearing. The shoe I received appeared to be larger and clunkier than the shoe appeared on line. I ordered my normal size but while attempting to walk in the shoe it kept slipping off my heal. I returned this shoe because I simply did not like the way it looked in person and because it ran larger than I expected.

I was excited when I saw these shoes online because they were exactly what I wanted. A comfy slip on sturdy shoe in a WIDE width. I read the reviews and people said they were big to size. So, I ordered my regular size 8 in the WIDE width. I was so disappointed that they hurt my feet. I wore them in the house (only) for about 10 minutes and had to take them off. They left red marks on my feet. I am leary about ordering shoes online going forward. It is always best to try them on in a store.

I was excited to get the shoes, but found that when I wore them they rub across the joint of my big toes, which are afflicted with osteoarthritis, which makes it painful when I wear them. If not for that, I would love these shoes. This just means that I have to look at other styles of sketchers that do not aggravate the arthritis.

I was very excited to get these shoes so that I could be comfortable at work. They were wonderful the first few months I had them but now the soles hardly have any traction and the cushion on the inside is almost non-existent. I have had them for less than a year.

I bought them for work. They didn't have size 9 online or in store so I sized up as I do with my tennis shoes if necessary. But they were way wide and way too big. Probably a great shoe if they were available in the correct size!

One shoe was bigger than the other - had to return

I took it for granted that they would fit the same as my other pair and wore them outside. If I would have checked fit more carefully I would have returned them for a half a size smaller

The rubber in the front of the shoe grabs on when you are walking on tile floors. I have almost fallen at least five times so finally decided I needed to stop wearing the shoes.

Have bought various pairs of Skechers over the years and I am so so disappointed with these ones. I started off in the shop in Metro Centre Newcastle to get a fitting ( as I'm fully aware the sizes run small). The salesperson was next to useless and seemed to know nothing about the shoes, as well as not helpful at all with stock. They did not have any sizes for me to try, and when I asked if I could order into store he didn't know. So I decided to try my luck online. What a farce. I usually wear a wide fit 7 or an 8 so I went for the 7 (also based on the sizes listed against the product, as well as current Skecher shoes). Ordered from the website, and when they got here they were clearly too big so I sent back. Meanwhile I ordered a size 6, thinking this would be fine as this is 1.5/2 sizes smaller than I normally wear. These arrived and seemed to fit ok, which I was glad as I paid delivery both times which naturally didn't get refunded when I sent the first pair back. After about 3 days of wear, the shoes have stretched so much they are now too big and hang off my heel. There is no way I could be smaller than a 6, bearing in mind I am normally a 7.5/8. Now I have a pair of useless shoes which are too big and I can't return due to wear. I am really disappointed because I have bought many pairs in the past and this has put me right off, especially due to the level of poor customer service in the shop, as well as the website ordering/return experience.

I usually wear a 6.5 but these shoes are slipping and not staying on properly ... I am so disappointed as I waited months for these to be back in stock ...

Would have been for work

I thought these Shoes where comfortable until they gave me blisters on the back of my heels.

I purchased a blue and grey pair of these shoes in the beginning of the summer. When the black became available I ordered them in the same size as the blue and grey pairs that I already own which fit me perfectly. When I got the black in the mail, they did not fit at all. They were almost a whole size too big. Now why would they run differently in black....makes no sense. Of course they do not have the smaller size.

This was probably the sixth pair of sketchers I've bought on line. I love your product. Unfortunately this pair ran quite a bit larger than other I've ordered. I looked into returning them but the instructions were not clear or easy to follow, so I gave up and kept them. Actually, I'm wearing them now, and they are loose-one noticeably more so than the other.
