My 11 year old son who is sensitive to narrow shoes, loves these shoes. Going into middle school, he needed a easy to put in sneaker without the fuss of a shoelace. I tried them on as well since I share the same shoes size ( he is a 3 and I am a five) I liked them too! The price is far from cheap so I will not be buying a pair for me anytime soon.

My son needed shoes to fit his orthopedic braces. These are perfect! The zipper allows the brace to fit well. He wears a size 2 shoe, but needed a size 5 in order to fit the brace.

Perfect for children on the spectrum, makes life easier when it’s time to get ready...no longer does my son sit around and wait for me to get his shoes on, he now does it himself.

Felt to narrow for a wide shoe.

Only gave two stars because the zipper broke after 3 wears.

I purchased these for my son who has never worn a pair of sneakers for me. These are great for children who have some disabilities because the side unzips and makes it easier for the child to get on and off by themselves. We've had them for a year now with almost daily use and they are beginning to wear down, but I'd buy them again!

These are great! Look good too and easy to put on! I didn’t realize they have a side hidden zipper which makes them ‘really cool’ my son says! I would order a another color but he needs to practice tying laces sometime ;)

Bought these for my son who has a wide foot. It's hard to find cool kicks that are also wide, so I was pumped to find these. My son loves how they zip all around.

My son just started wearing orthopedic braces and these shoes were recommended to me as AFO friendly. He normally wears a 13 or a 1 depending on the shoe and I ordered a size 2. When we went in to pick up his braces I couldn't get them on his feet! I immediately ordered a size 5 which accommodates the brace and allows him to put them on himself. There definitely needs to be more options for kids who wear AFOs.

I loved these shoes but the zipper broke after 2 weeks, Zappos C/S was amazing and exchanged the shoes for new pair but after a week the same thing happened on the same foot. I am so devastated. I love these shoes they look great. he loved wearing them

First time my son can get his shoes on and off on his own. He has a very wide foot and the width only just accomodates, Nike's sizing tool indicated I was ordering half a size too big but they fit perfectly.. lucky. But, he says they're comfortable, and they look good! Makes them a winner for us :)

Great job Nike. I bought this for my son who has special needs. We love how easy it is to get on and off. Makes him feel independent. It is comfortable and looks very sporty even though he isn't! Thanks Zappos for carrying this shoe. It's impossible to find anything in a 6 wide with easy closure, and good looking. He's happy and so am I.

The shoes are very cute, comfortable and easy to get on and off for my 7 year old son. Nike usually runs too narrow for him but these fit perfect in the width!

Excellent shoes for kids with wide feet. Easy to put on as have a zipper on the heel.

It is a great sneaker with decent support. It has a wonderful zipper and Velcro design for putting on and taking off the shoe. I bought these sneakers for my son who didn’t want to have to lace his sneakers but with his feet entering men’s sizes I didn’t think I could find a pair that looked youthful enough. I found these sneakers and ordered them. My son liked the no lace feature but loved the zipper feature that unzips the heel of the shoe for easy entry and exit. What a great idea!!

Great for a child with wide feet

My son has a wide foot and New Balance is our go to shoe. I decided to try these. My son loves them. He can wear out his shoes rather quickly between sports, Parkour, and school. The only reason I did not give these shoes a 5 star is because the velcro does not stick anymore. I bought these for him in November and within 2 months the velcro stopped sticking. Everything about the shoe is still in good shape, but the shoe comes off because there's nothing keeping his shoe tight.
