I ordered these in Natural, size 5. I am normally between a size 5 and 5.5. The length of the 5 was perfect, and the width was very generous. There was, however, a problem with the right shoe-- it had a defect whereby the heel strap was placed about 1/2 inch or so closer to the front of the shoe (than the placement on the left shoe). This had the effect of pushing my right foot too far forward in the shoe, leaving too much space at the back of the shoe. The poor strap placement was also very uncomfortable against my right heel. The left shoe felt much better. So I am returning this pair, indicating a defect so hopefully nobody else winds up with this pair (or at least the right shoe). I'm re-ordering the size 5 in Natural and in another color, and I'll post again if there's a problem. Otherwise, I would say this shoe is very lightweight, and the sole of the shoe is surprisingly comfortable. The lacey strap across the upper arch has some stretch; the toe & heel straps are not stretchy. I wish that the strap across the upper arch were placed a bit further forward, no so high up, because I think it would be more comfortable and more flattering/leg lengthening.

Very comfortable. This side hit my pinky toe and rubbed against it. I think I’ll end up wearing a Band-Aid. But after a break these and they should be perfect for work where I stand all day.

I would love to keep these shoes. They fit my short, wide feet and are comfortable. Unfortunately, The heel strap does not have elastic and it's too big. Slides off the heel. I spoke with a shoe repair man but the cost to fix it, equals the cost of the shoe. I have a hard time getting shoes that fit and that I can wear with my arthritic feet. Thanks to Zappos for having their return policy!

They have a lot of cushion in the heel oart, the front is a little wide for my feet and the second strap is a little too tight.

I bought both the navy and the bone colors. Love the fit and the security of the stretchy wide band across the top of the foot. The navy band was much more visible than the bone band which made it look a bit stodgy. I am sending the navy back, but the bone band almost disappears and it makes the shoe look more graceful. I will be keeping that color.

These were nice but the toe was a little too wide for me. Also one toe strap was loose than the rest.

Shoes are very comfortable but the toe area is very rounded. It makes the shoe look like it's appropriate for a woman in her 60's+

Cute shoes! However, way too wide. The length fit but my whole foot was slipping out when I walked in these. They need to be more fitted especially with the stretch and no hook closure. I had to return.

Love this shoe - unfortunately a bit of a quality issue. the right shoe fit much looser than the left shoe, but my right foot is actually slightly bigger than my left. Checked the size on each shoe and they are labeled the same, so it wasn’t a mismatched pair. I’ll be returning.

These are cute, but on my thin foot, the back couldn’t be tightened, and was too loose. Sending back

Because the material's not adjustable, it's hit or miss with the fit. My sole slipped out as I walked so it was almost like wearing a mule. Comfort was middling.

I love the look of this sandal, but the upper strap was just too stretchy and didn't hold my foot in. My foot was flopping around uncomfortably. Had to return. It felt much bigger than I expected based on other sandals I have worn that are the same size from other brands.

I really liked these sandals and wanted to keep them, but the back strap was too loose and they slipped up and down. Since it wasn't adjustable, I had to return. Bummed.

The size is true but the front straps are a bit stiff and the elastic strap looked strange and was too tight.

Shoes are cute, stylish and comfy. Feels light and may not hold up to wear and tear but overall very cute shoe. I exchanged it for the right size it was a little big given the stretchy strap sling back so went 1/2 a size down. My daughter also got a pair in the pale pink and went 1/2 a size down too.

Really cute shoes. They didn't have any arch support though.
