Unbelievable! Comfort right out of the box and arch support like an orthotic, but the black is sleek enough for business casual. I kid you not, I had minor surgery on my big toe 2 days ago, and these shoes feel as good as my slippers. They are my new go-to walk to work shoes. And probably my go-to weekend walking shoes. I'm ddefinitely going to need another pair (or two).

Comfortable shoe, but not very attractive. I did not like the material, felt and reminded me of those shoes you would wear in the water. I returned due to the look of the shoe.

A little loose but very comfortable. Agree with the “water shoe” comparison made by others. These are not dressy. Comfortable, forgiving, lightweight, casual shoes. Easy to slip on and off, I would recommend these for air travel and city walking. Wore these after foot surgery these were helpful.

These are more comfortable than bedroom slippers -- because they have arch support. I rated them 5 stars in all categories, including style. I have several feet problems, so comfort is #1. Finding a shoe that looks good too is a plus! Because the upper seems to be neoprene they hug your foot and as a result some of your toe/foot deformities might show (my feet are ugly. They're black, so don't call too much attention to my feet. I am going to order at least one more pair (or 2) since my size is about to sell out.

These shoes are lovely but only come in whole sizes. The 6.5-7 is too big and the heel slips. Pretty sure the next size down (5.5-6) will be too small, so I'm returning them. Also the material is very thin and my ugly toes show through.

I've only worn them twice and they felt good but I'm not sure I'd walk in them for miles as there isn't a lot of control of the foot with the shoe top material. The foot would tend to move on the sole over rougher ground or after a long period. Comfortable shoes for sure.

I’m elderly, but stylish. I wore these all over Europe in summer in every possible situation - they are the only shoes that don’t ever hurt. They go with everything. And they are cute.

If you're a person who goes on a round-the-world trip and takes only a small carryon (and you plan to walk miles each day), these would work. They have some arch support. They're very lightweight. Caveat: if you have a foot shape where the profile of your toes sits a bit "high" the fabric makes that kind of toe bump very obvious. The "style" is sort of like a ballet flat and might work with dresses or pants. Having said that, they are so very ugly. And yes, I tried them with several types of pants and skirts. They are clunky, frumpy and boring. Yes, you can wash them...that's because they seem like the same material as water shoes (without the mesh parts) and that is what makes them lightweight too. If the lightweight washable shoe is your objective, I'd still recommend looking for something at least slightly more attractive.

Clark's, Naot, Superga

Cute shoes but not for me! My feet skew to the narrow side and I literally walked right out of these when I tried them! They’d be great for someone with wider feet, or who didn’t want to feel confined by their shoes: they’re very soft and light.

I have bad feet (bunions and hammertoes), and these shoes are terrific -- they are soft, so they don't hurt my toes, and they are comfortable to walk in. I really can't wear the kind of flats other people can wear, but I can wear these.

I have D width feet and I have a pair of Arcopedico knit oxfords that have proven to be comfortable no matter how miles they travel with me. I wanted a non-tie shoe with a "walker's" sole for heading out in the hills of LA with my dogs. (When the puppy needs to go, I need to go...slip-on shoes, please.) So, I bought the Lolita flats and couldn't be happier. These shoes stretch to accommodate my D width foot. If I were a medium width, I can't tell you if they'd be too wide since that's not my situation. In any event, I have NO complaints. Thinking of getting a pair in black...in addition to the grayI Love that the Lolitas are washable...my many pairs of Rothys have spoiled me in that regard.

So wanted this to work! This is a perfect shoe, in a perfect minimalist style. This whole brand seems perfect. Great arch support and doesn't rub your foot anywhere. Super comfortable. BUT I have a narrow foot and it doesn't come in narrow so the only style I could keep is the lace up with the heel. If this shoe came in narrow, I would have one of every style.

Really like these, but....Have wide ball of foot with narrow heel and high instep. Very stretchy fabric with a lot of give and the shoes feels stable. Unfortunately the foot bed is a tad too narrow for my foot. Didn’t pick up on it until worn an entire day at work when a sore spot developed on the side by the bunion area?

I agree with a previous review that these shoes more closely resembled a swimming shoe than a daytime flat. The shoe also ran large for my admittedly narrow foot. Even for a sporty shoe, I felt there were better options, and I returned them.

This style works well with my bunion which requires a wider toe box. Comfortable and easy to walk in.

I love these shoes. They are my indoor go to shoes for lounging around, for working around, when cooking, when cleaning, when watching tv or reading. They are comfortable on feet that have sustained surgery, a fall that broke both big toes and in general feet that are a mess. :) The stretchy nature means they don't squish toes. The arch support means they help my feet feel good throughout the day. This is my first, but definitely not my last pair of shoes from Arcopedico. In fact, I plan on more of this shoe in different colors.

Purchased for my daughter who has a bunion that causes problems with finding a good fit. She tried them on and was delighted with the comfort especially that the stretch across the heel was perfect.

Adorable. I wanted a simple pair of slip-on ballet style flats for wearing to work and these are just that. They stay on my heal due to the strip of rubber so there is no slipping. They don't have a lot of support, just lightweight, like wearing a pair of slippers but if you are sitting at a desk all day, support doesn't matter. I switch to hikers if I go out on a walk. I'm back to get another color.

I ordered my normal size along with 6 other pairs of various brands including 2 other Arcopedicos. The other shoes all fit, except the L14 Arcopedico. Both this shoe and that one have an upturned toe, which makes it too short. I'm going to go up a size and will probably keep it.

my toe was closer to the top than i like; the inside sole wasnt that comfortable... i bought thick innersoles and that made it better. The taupe area is nice, flexible and spots lift easily. They look great but aren’t as comfortable when you’re walking. i bought 2 pairs but will return one of them and hope for an updated design in the future..

I wear a 9W and the shoe is just too long. I thought that I might be able to fit my orthotic in it but it's just not deep enough and the innersoles can't be removed. The jury is still out on the comfort since I won't be ordering a smaller size. Just be aware it's a very plain black shoe.

After reading reviews, I was hoping for a comfortable shoe that could be dressed up or down, depending on the outfit. When these arrived, I thought they looked like dressy aqua socks but decided I would try them on and maybe the comfort would overcome the looks. Nope. Hardly any support and the inner sole had gotten folded/bent at some point so there was a firm crease at the arch of one foot. Seriously, aqua socks.

I had high hopes for this shoe as walking/travel shoe. I must have misunderstood the description. The sole and arch support were excellent for my purpose. The upper had no shape but is a "foldable" shoe. My foot didn't feel comfortable and I didn't like that the outline of my toes were visible through the soft upper fabric. Ignore my width & arch support ratings. I didn't keep the shoe on long enough to evaluate, but the review won't post without those ratings.

The top is soft and comfortable. It does show your toes sticking up. The shoe looks like it has a soft top, but that is not unattractive. However, the sole and insole are just hard plastic, so it feels like walking barefoot on a hard floor.
