The Ralph Lauren Chinos look great. The slim fit has a nice taper to the leg. Another bonus -- some slim fit pants have small pockets, these are normal sized pockets. The avatar navy is a dark navy blue. The pants have quality stitching that seems like it will hold up well.

There is slim fit, and then there is just plain small. I bought these for my husband, who has other pairs of Ralph Lauren slacks in the exact same size. He could not even button these slacks. I understand that sizing runs different between different companies, but I would expect better consistency within the same brand. The front pockets also seem tight for what he likes to use them for (keys, phone, etc) They seem to be good very quality, as are the other Ralph Lauren slacks that he has.

I finally have a collection of slim pants in jeans and khakis. I was expecting style and quality. Polo as usually, knocked that out of the park. I love the material and the seam arrangement. The only issue I had with these pants was the fit. I felt they fit a bit more snug than I would have liked. So these are not necessarily my go to item for style and comfort.

Usually "slim fit" means that pants are slim all over, but not the case with these pants. They are loose and baggy at the top and then taper down a lot at the ankle. They just look like they do not fit correctly. And with the small opening at the bottom, they look terrible with all the shoes I tried them with. I do like how they are a little stretchy, but overall I do not like the fit.

These pants were received as a sample in return for our review of the product. The pants are of nice quality material however they are VERY slim fitting. More like run a size small. My fiancee was unable to comfortably wear these pants out and we ordered his standard size. He was able to put them on but he could not move comfortably because the looked / felt small on him. If I were to order again, I would certainly order a size larger.

the pants were small.....I ordered 34x30 and thats 100% of all my pants.....this was too small....sizing was wrong

free samples for reviews. fake reviews. zappos is gone. everything is fake and disposable. so sad .

Purchased the Aviator Navy and the Valley Tan and returned both pairs. The zippers in both pairs were askew, the Navy pair by about 3/4" and the Tan by more than an inch off center. I expect better of Polo Ralph Lauren. That lack of attention to something so blatant, really disappointing.
