I like how light weight these shoes are. My feet aren't as tired at the end of my shift wearing these. Two of my fellow workers bought these after my recommendation.

Overall I've been very happy with these work shoes. They fit more like a running shoe than a work boot. Myself and 2 other coworkers all purchased these shoes and the only issue at have had is a little bit of break in time. It seems like it took about a week to get them broke in for all of us. But that's pretty normal for work boots/shoes. I'm on my feet 8-12 hours a day 6 days a week and have been very happy with these, I'll definitely buy more in the future.

I work as a pipeline construction inspector and these Reeboks fit my requirements on the job. Many inspectors wear these on the projects as well.

Great work shoe, I previously owned the low top version and for me the high top version is the way to go. After you break them in they feel great even after a 9-10 hour warehouse shift.

I love these shoes, they are very comfortable. they last a long time. i never slipped in the previous pair. I get custom insoles for my feet and these are the only pair of shoes that I can put them in and not have to take the existing insoles out. I will buy more in the future.

by far the best work shoes. I'm on my feet all day but these shoes provide all day comfort. BTW this is my second pair I've bought and i'm very satisfied.

My job got me these shoes for work. I just love them. I can wear them all day & my feet don't hurt. I like them especially because of the light weight & memory foam. Heavier shoes tend to hurt.

My husband absolutely loved these shoes. I bought them for him for his birthday. He is a mechanic and on his feet all day. When he came home after wearing them for the first time he said this is the first pair of shoes that he's worn that didn't hurt his feet and they didn't have to be "worn in". That's huge for him! He has big feet (size 13) and wears through a pair of shoes so fast. These seem to be really durable so far. I also appreciate that he has the toe protection.

I almost never take the time to review products. However, your shoes are a miracle come true. I am required to stand on thick concrete for 10-12 hours daily, six days a week. I have been experiencing increasing serious ankle & foot pain. I recently purchased your model RB 4041work shoes. Within 48 hours my pain & discomfort was dramatically reduced. I am now wearing them when I am not at work. I really feel as if my ankles and feet are having a chance to heal themselves.. The combination of comfort, support and light weight are amazing. Thanks for being a life/job saver. You have a customer for life!

I just wanted to take a moment and Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I am a woman and I have had to wear steel toe shoes for 15 years, and well they are less than desirable. So many times I have had to resort to men's because there weren't any women's options.Even most women's options out there still are horrible to wear for 10-12 hours a day. I recently purchased a pair of Reebok ASTM F2413 Subliite cushion work shoes with the alloy toe. By far in my 15 years of having to wear awful steel toe shoes these shoes by far, out perform! They are just like sneakers, and I am not in such a hurry to remove them when I get home. And, They look great! Once again, Thank you! And keep up the good work! Amazing work. Thank you for coming out with such a comfortable woman's product!!

They were kind of stiff and caused a lot of pain the first few days but after the first week they are identical to my runners. I could run with these and probably not even notice a difference between these and the others.

im not one to generally write reviews however, these shoes are incredible, working 12 hour days 7 days a week in 100+ temps these puppies are great. light weight, comfortable, and so far dependable. I run a mile every morning in them, work out, then go turn wrenches. I highly recommend them to anyone required to wear safety toe shoes.

Couldn't remember what size my last pair of Reebok steel toes (which I thought were a bit too roomy) when I bought these (turned out they were a 9.5W). I think I prefer the 10 regular width.

I bought these shoes for working in an ESD-protected area, and I have had them for two weeks. I can no longer use them in the ESD area. I have to wear heel straps to work in the ESD area.

Just got these today. The insole memory tech massage is not that great. No arch support. But work insoles with gel heal and fit good and feel even better. Second issue might work it's self out. When on it feels as if my toes are raised to an angle that feels odd. That was with both insoles.

PRO: I wear a 13 and have a wide foot. My width is in the middle. My foot spills over most soles, even when the company "claims" the shoe is a 4E. This was the first shoe I found in a long time that had the sole at a true 4E width. The toe box fit me well, but I think I am average width in that area. The protective shell felt adequate for simple protection.
CON: On a scale of 0-100, the cushioning was a 0. It felt worse than walking on bare feet, which is confounding. Every step hurt my body AND soul. If Reebok could make this shoe with a high end runners sole, I would pay $300 for them. With the sole they provided, I would could not be PAID $300 to wear them.
I'd also recommend:

All in all, it's not bad. I changed the insoles. The shoe laces are easy to shred. Still, they are still wearable. Their a great summer work sneaker and everyday walking shoe.
