I always wear an 8 1/2 in Easy Spirit but these shoes felt like two different sizes. the left shoe was to short and pressed on my toes. The right fit just perfect. So I had to return them.

The left shoe felt a 1\2 size smaller than the right. Otherwise it was a comfortable shoe not as much support as I like though.

I love the style of this shoe, but it truly is a full size larger. I normally wear a 7.5 but ordered a 7 based on other reports concerning size. They're still a little big, so I'd say this was a full size larger. I have thin feet, though, so the largeness may vary for you based on how thick your feet are. The only disappointing factor in the shoe, other than being a little loose, is that the covered toe area is not soft and feels scratchy across my toes. I think it will be okay after I get used to it. Also, they didn't really keep my feet cool. I bought these for running around in warm weather as I wanted something close to a sneaker, but didn't want to wear socks and wanted to keep my feet cool. These actually made my feet feel warmer than expected in 85 degrees. I'll keep the shoes, though, because they were supportive.

These are really cute! Unfortunately my instep is too high so these shoes were pressing on the top of my foot. I changed out the insole with my orthotic and then things got really tight. I really wanted to keep these but there’s no way my foot would last an hour wearing them. So sad.

Only sandals I could find in size large

I am a great fan of Easy Spirit shoes! Have had a hip replacement and due for a knee replacement. Light weight shoes are a must! Easy Spirit shoes are also orthodontic friendly and have arch support. Usually they rate five stars. This style runs 1/2 size larger in general,otherwise would rate five stars! Feel that if I order a size smaller it will be too small!

I normally take an 8WW and these were too large and I didn't feel any support. The quality and looks were great. Wanted them to work. Thanks Zappos for great customer service.

made my feet very sweaty in just a few minutes of putting them on inside an air-conditioned room. i don't think they have enough ventilation for the summer heat outside. other than that, appear to be a sturdy well made shoe, but runs a little narrower than easy spirit usually does .

The upper needs adjustable cord to perfect the fit. The heel strap needs to be adjustable too!

This is an adorable shoe. I have it in 9N in navy. That pair fits perfectly, and I wear them a lot. I have tried the same shoe in 9N and 8 1/2N in black and both pairs were too long and two wide. To my disappointment, the sizing is off on this style.

These were much too wide and the construction of the back strap made for a lot of movement. I wish they fit better because I like the appearance.

Cute shoes and was very disappointed that the fit is designed for a larger foot.

Accidentally ordered a dbl wide (WW), only needed a side. Size 9 was a bit long, also.

I bought these to wear as sandals without socks but the inside is full of stitching and seams that rub and irritate my feet. Will have to return.

These shoes are amazingly comfortable, but sadly kind of ugly. They look more like a shoe than a sandal.

These shoes almost fit! I liked the color and the style, however, the shoe was just a little too wide making it a sloppy fit. I have a difficult feet to fit as I have a slim foot (not narrow), I wear between and 5 and 5.5 and I need good arch support (normally wear orthotics).

This shoe is so ugly it's kinda cute. Soft. Even thought it's a half size too short, it slipped off my heel and felt wide. Not worth reordering in a half size longer. I feel it would slip off my feet even more.

Not a bad shoe, but just not for my foot. Wanted them to work because they were cute for running around this summer.

I loved how it felt on my foot and it was rather cute, but it "squeaked" every time I took a step, and for me that is a deal breaker. I don't want to walk down the hall at work with a squeak, squeak squeak..... had to return them.

Oh, thank you Lawd! I've been an athlete most of my life. Rarely wear high heels and don't run marathons. So I'm fit and at a good weight. So why have my feet suddenly fallen apart? I'm not overweight, I don't know. But with Morton's Neuroma in both my feet, and plantar fasciitis in my left foot, you can imagine how difficult (and painful!) it is to find shoes that DON'T HURT or make my issues worse. These are great. They fit my "heelthatpain" inserts, and although I thought they were too loose, I simply cut out the provided laces, and put in some black ones so I could tighten them. Perfection. And they look a HECK of alot better than other shoes that make me look like a granny or a woman who prefers "comfortable shoes."
