Love these shoes. One complaint is that the sole separated from the shoe and I had to super glue it back together.

I like the elegant cut and classic navy. However my normal size 9.5 was a half size too small - I’d need a 10 - and the bow was a bit off center which bugged me. Sending them back.

These shoes are true to size, but width-wise, these are so deceptively narrow! The materials feel great because the leather is soft. In the inside heel area, instead of it being leather, TB uses a felt material that I absolutely hate. I've gotten a new blister every time I've worn these shoes. The felt material is abrasive enough that it rubs my heel hot. I wore these to a conference in May and it was such a bad idea. For flats, my feet can't stand wearing these for an hour. Even if I'm sitting for most of the day, the tightness of these shoes (in the toe box and heel cup) tire my feet out. I've tried using shoe trees to stretch these out. It's given my normal-width feet more room to wiggle, but there's nothing to do to fix the problematic heel area. These shoes look great, like the essential pair of pointy flats, but I would not recommend these shoes to anyone. Even if you have narrow feet, you want to avoid these shoes. The stiff heel cup isn't lined with the same buttery leather on the other parts of the shoes. It's a rough, unforgiving felt thing. Stretching out the shoes won't help with an odd-toe box that cramps your pinky toe.
